Using Rating Hut
Rating Hut provides company listings and customer reviews. These terms apply to browsing the site, creating an account, submitting content, and using a business account. Read them alongside our Privacy policy and Reviewer guidelines, linked below.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or submit content.

Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Do not impersonate another person, use someone else’s account without permission, or create accounts to manipulate reviews.
Your display name and published contributions may be visible to everyone. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Reviews and other contributions
Write about your own experience with the correct business. Distinguish facts from opinions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share your text and images.
Do not post fabricated or incentivised reviews, undisclosed conflicts of interest, threats, harassment, private personal information, or unlawful content. Our Reviewer guidelines explain these standards.

Your content and our permission to display it
You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting it, you give Rating Hut a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate and maintain the review service.
This permission does not transfer ownership to us. After public removal, copies may remain in backups or records where needed for security, disputes, or legal obligations. Third parties may have independently indexed or copied public content.

Business profiles
A listing does not necessarily mean the business has claimed it or is affiliated with Rating Hut. To manage a profile, you must be authorised to represent that business and provide accurate information.
Submission does not guarantee approval or ownership. Do not create duplicate listings or use a business account to suppress criticism. Any separately agreed commercial service must state its scope, price, and terms before purchase.

Moderation and restrictions
Reviews can be held for moderation. We may restrict content or accounts where there is a reasonable concern about authenticity, safety, rights, or compliance with these terms. A negative opinion alone is not a reason for removal.
To report content or ask us to reconsider a decision, contact us with the relevant page link, reason, and context. We may request further information. Do not post sensitive documents publicly.

Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site, evade access restrictions, upload malicious files, harvest personal information, or use automation in ways that disrupt the service or infringe rights. Respect intellectual property in the site and its content.
Business website links lead to third-party services. Check their own terms before purchasing or sharing information. Rating Hut is not a party to your transaction with a listed business.

Ratings summarise information available on a profile. They do not guarantee quality, safety, licensing, or future performance. Consider individual reviews, their dates, and other sources before deciding.
We cannot promise uninterrupted access or independently verify every statement. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Leaving the service
You can stop using Rating Hut at any time. Contact us from your account email for assistance with account closure or removal of your content.
Some information may be retained for a lawful purpose. Our Privacy policy explains how to raise a data request.

United States operator and disputes
Rating Hut’s operator is based in the United States. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that applicable law gives you. Contact us first to explain a concern and seek a resolution.
Applicable law determines your legal rights and the courts available to you. Mandatory protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
