Great. I went with this insurance because Claudia Ritter @ Mayor’s in Boca Raton explained it to me while I was in the store purchasing the watch. Without her knowledge of this insurance, I probably would have chosen a different way to insure the watch.

Excellent Experience With Zillion
Excellent Experience With Zillion. This was my second time needing support from Zillion and Baylei, my Zillion Claim Concierge, was amazing to work with. She stayed on top of the process and my repair was executed without any issues. I would definitely recommend Zillion Insurance.

I had used zillion insurance before
I had used zillion insurance before, this time a renewal but I had to do same changes in my current policy so I start to work with same else and then I am very fortunate to get assistance from Jennifer. She was very promptly to start my new policy and I had a few back and for information to be add and others to remove until we get right. she was from the begining excellent listener and try from her all capacity to get back to my fast and clearly, it was so wonderful experience work with her. good Zillion to have her in your team. I believe people that work in companies made the companies and Jennifer with her wonderful personality, efficiency and promptly answers get my changes and new additions in my policy in very short time at my complete satisfaction; well done Jennifer.. and thank you Zillion to have her on your time.

Eric was great
Eric was great - he gave me the information I needed and answered my questions. He got back to me quickly and told me what I needed to provide to not only insure the new stones recently purchased for a ring upgrade , but to also insure the existing ring and stones that I have. He has a quote to me the next morning - so I am very comfortable knowing that my ring is insured and could be replaced if lost or stolen. It is the only piece of jewelry I wear every day and really that I care about. I hope to one day pass down the stones to my grandkids when they decide to marry. Thank you !!

I tried to click on the link and except your coverage. I got stuck so I called and talked to Kevin. He was able to figure out that the pictures and receipt that I had texted over the day before had not been looked at. He went and found my information and we finished up the process. Very easy, very clean. Kevin was very helpful.
