These hearing aids are amazing! They are almost invisible in my ears and are very easy to insert and remove. Since my hearing was measured to be mild/moderate, I did not expect to have a substantial change in my ability to hear. But to my surprise, I was able to hear conversations much better. I am very pleased with these hearing aids.

I have been using EARGO hearing aids for over six years and noticed that my latest pair were starting to die, I then received a email from EARGO stating that they are leaving the US. With this I started to research different options and I came across the Clarity ones. I called and spoke with Janna and ordered a pair. I’m not one for reviews but I will say that number one Janna is the best! She coached me through the process and as I was very familiar with in the ear aids I found these very similar to EARGO albeit these in my opinion are beyond better. I can clearly hear speech so much better and the comfort level is amazing. It should be noted that if you never have used in the ear aids it will take a bit to get used to the feeling but once you do you will understand why hands down these are great. And I forgot to mention the price, I was skeptical because I paid thousands for the Eargos. Don’t let that stop you, these are fantastic. It should also be noted that this is my honest opinion, I paid for them and never was offered anything for this review.

Jana and Dr Heather both were great!!) Helpful and very professional but at the same time personable. Both helped adjust my new hearing ads to a custom setting. And they both checked one me after a time.

The in ear Clarity actually fit into my ear. Several years ago I had another brand in ear hearing aid that didn’t and I sent it back.

Unfortunately I couldn’t use the hearing aids, but as promised I returned them for a refund and received it with no problem. Excellent customer service!

The Omni works great for me and has made a big difference in my life. In talking with friends who have hearing aids I paid a tenth of what they paid and have more features. Their customer service is without equal
