The frames are too small and there's no way to heat them to bend the arms up and out. Hot water is not enough to accomplish this. The lenses are just fine

I was happy with the quality, the shipping speed, and that the prescription seems pretty accurate. Decent price, as well!

So many affordable styles to choose from! Many great lens options available, too. Service and delivery were very fast. They filled my prescription perfectly, and quality is outstanding. The only hard part about ordering from Zenni is trying to decide which of the many frame styles to choose! I love Zenni!

I was worried about how the glasses would fit without trying them on first. But I used the face measurement tool and the glasses came out perfect! Great job mixing technology with customer service!

I needed glasses to fit my wide bridge nose and be big enough. I have a big head. I searched the other online competitors and none had the selection Zenni had. I ordered the premium progressive lenses and better frames. They are excellent. Seems like great quality. Customer service has been excellent when contacted. Now, the question is will they hold up? My guess is they will because my experience with the other parts of their business had been great. They were very reasonably priced.

Turn around time was fantastic, the lens were correct. The frames though, were not of good quality. For the price they are a great backup pair. The night driving lens don't work very good. But I recommend zenni on an affordable pair.

Is any withheld funds and did not ship a product to me and then they exercise their right as a merchant to cancel my order so the big bad company takes on a student and does not send the order. I was also given misinformation by two individuals of Zenni.

The quality of the glasses is very nice, and their prices are very reasonable! Their customer service is also great. I've worked with them a few times with issues or questions I've had about orders, and they've always resolved my issues quickly and kindly.
