I had an issue with a previous order but Gloria was very helpful & took care of it & kept me informed. My last order was much better. I do like the quality of their lights.

Q The threads on the sensor ( clear ) are almost too short. Should be noted in instructions not to unscrew sensor and how to remove cover. Good lite

Just what I needed at great prices
Products that I was having trouble finding elsewhere and for much more competitive prices! Online order process was easy and the products I ordered shipped quickly. I will recommend yxllighting.com when I have an opportunity to do so.

I like the lights
I like the lights. The low score is due to having issues with 3 out of the 8 I ordered. Two of the lights were sent with hanging hooks with the threaded stud being to big for the lights. A third light was sent with no plug on the end of the cord. Customer service is non existent. Called and nobody answers. Left a message and nobody returns the call. Finally got a response from my email and the just asked for pictures of the issue. By the time I received it I had purchased items needed to resolve the problem and had hung the lights. Do better people!

We ordered four lights for the shop
We ordered four lights for the shop. For some reason they were discontinued, so we got four other lights that had a little modification. Yxllinghting offered us a full refund for the lights, as they were discontinuing them or a modified set with a discount for our inconvenience. Wow, fast, reliable, generous and excellent correspondence. The lights light up the shop and my husband is very happy because there are few shadows! We definitely will be ordering more! Thank you very much for your wonderful service. Even though we didn’t get the exact product, the product sent was comparable and the customer service was above and beyond. It would be nice if all companies were so respectful and responsible for their products.
