My experience from start till approval has been wonderful. Bianca is amazing she answered all my questions all my concerns were addressed so professionally. Got approved for my injections which I am excited to see what this journey brings me ! Love everything so far !!!

I am new to Yucca Health
I am new to Yucca Health. My prescriber had started me on the initial dose of Wegovy. When it was time to call in to get the next step up, I found out that not only was Wegovy not covered by insurance but none of the other weight loss meds were either. I started researching the various companies online that would be able to cover it. There's a lot out there. Most of them have a monthly membership fee that does not include the cost of the medication. And then the cost of the medication goes up after the roping you in phase. Yucca Health doesn't have that. Their plans are very straight forward and easy to understand. The intake process was easy also. I wanted to the 6 month plan and had accidentally clicked on the 3 month when I was filling out my profile. Hannah B. texted me to make sure everything was going ok. I let her know about the mistake and that I had wanted the 6 month plan. She mentioned that she would cancel my 3 month plan. She then took the time to actually call me and redo the intake forms because I didn't want to mess it up again! Hannah also told me that since I was going with the 6 month plan that I would be locked in at my current price for lifetime...no price increases! She was so helpful and so nice and her customer service skills were beyond exemplary! I am so glad to be with Yucca Health!

Excellent! Briana from the Yucca team helped me throughout the entire process. She was very kind and attentive, guiding and supporting me. Applying to the program is easy and quick, and the medication arrives in two days.The doctor approves the request, and that's when they charge your card. They're in constant communication. I was approved in less than 24 hours and I'm already waiting.

Yucca changed my life
Yucca changed my life! For years Ive struggled with my weight. A coworker referred me to this company. Best decision ever! Ive lost almost 50lbs in less than 6 months. The customer service is excellent!!! The process was very easy. Everything was done online..the medical review..the approval..the shipment of medication right to your door. The prices are very reasonable and much less than other companies offering the same product.. mabey because they use lesser known pharmacutical companies? I felt very supported through my entire weight loss journey. I chose the tirzepatide option with a low start dose and gradual increase. This time frame allowed my body to adjust with the least amount of side effects which were only minor and only at the beginning. The best part is what this product has done for me is give me the tools to have a lifestyle change thats ongoing even without the medication. I eat more protein..veggies..drink more water..eat less carbs and limit my sweets..I still have icecream or chocolate once in a while but I savor it instead of overeating it. Its allowed me to have more energy to be more active and excercise. Noone wants to " excercise" when theyre overweight sluggish and tired. So I recommend this product Tirzepatide from YUCCA to anyone wanting to lose weight..keep it off and change their life for the better. Being healthy again feels great! Seriously God bless the CEO of this company and everyone who works there and everyone using their products! Also a special shout out to Menreeve who really really went the extra mile with support and encouragement. Every customer service person I worked with though was excellent and really seemed to care! Thanks!

Amazing customer service
I was looking at a few different sites and stumbled across Yucca on Instagram. The reviews were amazing, but I was still a little unsure. Then I got a text from Bianca, and she instantly made me feel so much more comfortable! She was seriously the sweetest. She answered every single question I had, never made me feel rushed, and really took the time to explain everything. She also helped me figure out the best option based on my health and what actually made sense for me instead of just trying to sell me something. One of my favorite parts was that everything was through text. It made communicating so much easier with my busy schedule. I get my first shipment this week, and I'm so excited to start this journey! Thank you, Bianca, and the entire Yucca team for the amazing customer service. You made this whole experience so easy, and I can't wait to get started! 🤍

I can’t recommend Yucca Health enough! Their service has been nothing but phenomenal. Whenever I’ve had questions, the chat team has been super helpful and quick to respond. A huge shoutout to Jeri for making the reordering process so simple; he handled everything for me and got my new prescription processed right away. It's affordable, convenient, and worth every penny.

The team at Yucca Health really go above and beyond for their patients' success. From the doctor’s who prescribe the medication to the client service specialists, Yucca Health have built a great company that feels like a community. I want to send a lot of love to Sam, Honey, and Ivy, who have supported me throughout my weight loss journey over the last few months. I’ve lost 15 pounds and I am consistently losing more weight than I ever imagined. After a lifetime of being overweight, I am finally starting to feel better about myself. In addition to the above, the product was delivered very quickly! I can’t imagine a better weight loss experience than the one I've had with Yucca Health!

Yucca for the win!
Yucca customer service is always great but Khel? He is actually my personal live AI! No joke, anything and everything I needed he took care of, no jumping through hoops. I wish he could always assist me. As for Yucca itself, it has changed my life! I have lost 50lbs and I love it. I am so happy I decided to trust them.
