The manifeste could be folded or covered
The labeling on the box could be more discreet, it nearly blew the cover. Otherwise it all looks good.

The ring that was made looked great. They would also message me throughout to update me on the shipping and if I had any questions along the way. The ring arrived after about a month because it is handmade and it had to ship all the way to the United States. The box came in good shape with no damages.

First Class Jewellery & Service
I would highly recommend this company and have no doubts if you feel worried about dealing with this poor war torn country. My experience in dealing with 'Your Diamond Ring' on 'Etsy' has been first class. The communication was excellent and this company kept me informed of the whole process. I had a few questions to ask, and the excellent customer service team were very prompt in their reply. No delivery date was given, which was fine for me, and the ring took about 4 to 5 weeks to get to Britain, so bear this in mind when ordering. I thought this was very quick when you think the ring has to be made, then shipped from Ukraine to Britain. The jewellery is wonderful and excellent quality, I purchased an engagement ring and it is exquisite, it looks so delicate and the sparkle from the diamond is amazing, and what a magnificent design, well done to everyone involved. As I've said at the start of this review, I would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed with the whole experience. I will be returning to purchase the wedding ring..... if she say's 'Yes'!!

No updates on shipping problems
We ordered a ring from the website in December but unfortunately it never came because of the problem with customs in my country. Since in has been sent back to Ukraine they reassured me they will update me on the order so they can try and send it to a different address but since April the update is nowhere to be seen. I have been patient but the two emails I sent in June and July have not been responded to. It's now almost August and the ring I ordered and paid for in December is just nonexistent.

This business is excellent and I highly recommend purchasing jewelry here. I ordered my engagement ring and wedding band from YourAsteria and I could not be happier with the products. Start to finish I felt they were professional, well spoken and in the end the product was dainty and beautiful. I am happy with the product as long as my daughter keeps it from water, which is the only thing that I did not get a response on, that concerned me a bit. It came with a cloth to shine it up which was a nice add. For the cost I would hope water would not affect it as much as I am sure she will no doubt have it in water at some point. Other than the water comment on there information package with the ring, which I am sure is just precautionary, I find the team and product overall worth the investment. It is a beautiful ring.

My favorite jewelry shop!
I love Your Asteria! Wonderful customer service and great quality jewelry that isn’t overpriced! It’s one of the few stores I feel confident ordering rings from online. Sizing is accurate and I know I’m receiving exactly what’s shown in the pictures. The seller is very communicative and kept me updated on the status of my order. Highly recommend!!

Return issue but overall perfect
Overall the ring is perfect which is what truly matters, shipping to me was quick and rather easy besides a check in on where my tracking number was. The only issue was I purchased the wrong size and the return process took about 3.5 weeks and I received less money than was originally shown on their site for returns.
