I had a great experience with Your Best Grade. The program helped me identify my weak areas and focus on the topics I needed to improve. I used the creator lessons, practice tests, and exam-style questions extensively. One of the most helpful features was the detailed rationales provided for every question. The explanations helped me understand not only why the correct answer was right, but also why the other options were incorrect. This improved my critical thinking and test-taking skills. The practice exams were very helpful in building my confidence and preparing me for the actual exam. I highly recommend Your Best Grade to anyone looking for a structured and effective way to prepare for nursing exams.

I am a nursing student in my Third year. This is highly recommended for anyone studying nursing to start practicing and learning with YourBestGrade, like 3months before the start of the programme and daily throughout. If I had known this earlier, life would have been much more easier for me. Highly recommended a thousand times. Thank you so much for these GREAT RESOURCES!!! .....Sen

YBG is a life saver!! Worth the money! Bought it and really didn’t use it like I should’ve for my 1st attempt. I failed with a 786 ( we needed a 850 to graduate), I was devastated but then I did research and found out that if you put in the time and effort, you’ll be successful. So I had 2 weeks to prepare for my 2nd and final attempt. So each day I would get up and do practice questions. After taking them, I would write down the ones I got wrong or didn’t understand including rationale. I even used copilot to summarize the main points. I would do this from 8am to 9 pm , with breaks of course. In the beginning my scores were horrible but in the last couple of days , I was making high 60%. Overall , I wasn’t trying to focus on the score. Then on May 12, I took my 2nd hesi exit and passed with a 986 which equaled to a 95% in the grade book!! I couldn’t believe it!! Overall I’m so happy and satisfied with YBG. It

While preparing for my Exit HESI, I felt overwhelmed by how much material there was to review. Your Best Grade really helped by focusing on what mattered most—practice questions and exam-style testing. Instead of just reviewing content, it gave me the chance to apply what I knew and think through questions the way the HESI actually asks them. The practice questions were very similar in style and difficulty to the real exam, which helped me get comfortable with prioritization, critical thinking, and how questions are worded. This made a big difference in my confidence. I started to recognize patterns in questions and felt more prepared to break them down instead of second-guessing myself. What stood out the most was how it helped me identify my weak areas quickly, so I could focus my studying more effectively. Over time, I noticed improvement not just in my scores, but in how I approached each question. Overall, Your Best Grade was a great resource for building test-taking skills and confidence. I would recommend it to anyone preparing for the Exit HESI, especially if you learn best through practice and repetition. Hesi Score: 992

I initially bought this program for my 1st attempt at my exit HESI but I didn’t utilize it as I was trying to pass my med surg exam the last one before the final! I passed my med surg exam with an 100% btw!! I didn’t pass my exit the 1st time I got a 743 then I had 11 days to study for my 2nd attempt and I then received an 850 on my exit HESI which was what I needed to pass you needed an 850 or more to pass the exit! So I finished nursing school and I passed my NCLEX my 1st time in 85 questions! Thank you YBG I utilized the mess out of this app while I could and I was successful and I also took both CAT exams and passed them both as well! 10/10 i definitely recommend YBG! If you actually utilize this program and do the practice exams you’ll be successful as it has rationales for why the answers are wrong and right this was a big help along with Saunders and evolve which is what my school used they say stick to 3 resources these were my 3 main things that helped me pass my exit HESI and NCLEX! During school I used quick facts for nursing school and simple nursing and I watched the nexus nurse and Dr Sharon on YouTube as well good luck everyone! #NurseMiss2026LPN

The questions and format were amazing!! I believe the rationales genuinely helped me, and I do like the study forum aspect as well. Keep practicing every day, and you'll succeed!! The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is that I didn't pass HESI my first time, but I DID on my second, haha. I kept using YBG, and it did help me!! Thank you YBG ;))))

I wanted to leave this review because my experience with YourBestGrade was genuinely exceptional. I scored over 1000+ on the HESI, and this was my first time ever taking the exam. That result alone speaks for itself. I truly believe YourBestGrade played a major role in that success. What stood out immediately was that the practice platform was actually more challenging than the real HESI. Because of that, when I sat for the actual exam, it felt much more manageable and far less intimidating. That level of preparation helped me stay calm, focused, and confident under pressure. One of the biggest strengths of YourBestGrade was how it developed my pattern recognition and critical thinking skills. It trained me to understand what questions were really asking, recognize common traps, and apply reasoning instead of just memorizing answers. That made a huge difference on exam day. I also think it is important to say that knowing your core material still matters. Having a solid foundation, combined with the advanced practice style of YourBestGrade, was the perfect combination for success. It did not just help me study harder, it helped me study smarter. The platform was convenient, easy to use, and incredibly valuable during preparation. I could review weak areas, practice consistently, and build confidence at my own pace. Without exaggeration, this was one of the best investments I have made in my education. I have already recommended YourBestGrade to others preparing for the HESI, and I will continue to do so. If you are serious about doing well on the HESI and want a resource that truly prepares you, this is my honest recommendation.

YourBestGrade offers the best HESI prep material available. It is up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures from ACLS, CDC, and WHO, surpassing some competitors. The rationales are thorough and detailed, providing everything you need!

YourBestGrade is a phenomenal platform. The question styles including NGN have grown my comprehension skills and my confidence beyond what I thought was possible. I got 76%’s on two exams when I first started nursing school, which is failing at my school. I was so nervous about passing overall and the inevitable HESI exits that we have for each class at the end of each quarter. I realized I did not have critical thinking skills and really wanted to excel and give my all to getting better. Using YBG consistently helped me go from trying to memorize to studying in terms of prioritization, I started getting 90’s on exams and passed my HESI with an 1103=99%. I did so well, I received a letter of recommendation to tutor at my school and an excellent clinical placement. YBG has a clean appearance (good for thinking, not busy or colorful) which makes it simple to use, highly personalized with the notes and self quizzing features. It feels like there are endless questions for every course required throughout the program and the rationales explain why the right answer is right and the wrong answer is wrong in very clear and precise detail. I was able to purchase this program in 4 installments and the accessibility is appreciated. I am so grateful for the hard work put into this platform and highly recommend using YourBestGrade.

Update#2: I hit a couple of bumps at first while adjusting to the format, but once I got into a rhythm with the practice questions, everything smoothed out. In just one week, I raised my score from 600 to 850. The targeted practice made a huge difference. Definitely worth it! Update #1: The credentials where provided this evening 2/8/2026 and I will update this post at a later date.

I have used Your Best Grade throughout nursing school. I cannot give enough stars for how helpful it has been. The rationales are detailed but easy to understand. They explain both the correct and incorrect answers. The rationales are much better than my school textbook platform. I am using the NCLEX version now and hope that it prepares me for the same success as the HESI’s. Also, I emailed a couple questions to customer service and received a personal and prompt response each time. Thank you!!

So today I scored in the 1070s on my Exit Hesi. I used Your Best Grade for frequent exposure to challenging test questions. They have so many questions! And the rationales are so detailed! My personal study period: I was on a time crunch of about 6 days to try to review for the Exit. I was initially extremely overwhelmed with what to review for first since the exam is comprehensive and because I never really took notes during my entire past and current semesters of nursing school 😅😅. All I had was my textbooks which I had read for each corresponding course. But anyway, I just primarily focused on nursing content that I knew I was personally, weaker at --which were: Peds/Adult Endocrine issues, Pediatrics in general, Maternity Intrapartum, Psychiatric: Schizophrenia, & Psych pharmacology, etc... Newborn, Leadership, etc... and other subjects. I would drill as many questions as I could in these categories, read through every rationale, then go back to my textbook to fortify content, and then go back onto YBG and take specialty exams over the content to gauge if i had improved in understanding enough to answer with critical thought. Then i would take the YBG practice 160 comprehensive Legacy versions of the Hesi exit. I also knew that I was pretty uncomfortable with answering Next Generation questions, especially in a timely manner, so I made sure to drill a few of the '30 NGN Tests' offered on the website. I also used external resources like my school textbooks, and the HESI comprehensive NCLEX review book (which I would say is only helpful on its own if you have a strong working knowledge of all the content it lists. Think of it as a solid refresher, not necessarily there to re-teach you what you should have learned in your program. I really liked the HESI Hints of that book. I didn't really get much time to do the Practice questions that came with the book like I wanted to, but I did manage to do one of the available comprehensive exams for this resource. I spent most of my time on YBG and fortifying content through reading either my textbook or the 'HESI Comprehensive review for NCLEX' book. The green book was more in depth for some content than the current edition purple book. I know a lot of students --for advice on how to approach utilizing YBG, say to "purposefully answer the questions wrong to look at the rationales" ---but you'll literally get the rationales anyway even if you answer correctly? I recommend that you look past the rigor and difficulty of YBG questions and treat each session as a true exam (while timing yourself) and actually TRY. Become aware of your thought process of how youre approaching each question, if youre using critical thinking at all or just guessing, etc... and then look at the rationales to either gain new perspective on interpreting the questions, reinforce what you understood about the content, or determine why the answer that you chose was wrong, and get exposure to what you need to review in going back through your nursing content. Any question i felt insecure on (whether i answered correctlyor not), I concluded to myself that I did not know it as well as I should and needed to review. And I must mention again! *Drill the content you know you specifically suck at!!* If you end up being in a time crunch like me, spend time primarily looking at content you know you struggle in. I will say though, that realistically, you won't cover everything, so also be willing to take some Ls on your actual HESI Exit, but you'll be better off in preparation than if you hadnt prepared at all🙂 Lastly, YBG in my opinion was more challenging than the HESI exit. But the Hesi Exit was in a way, still tricky on its own. I will say that YBG assists greatly in exposing you to varying topics and the appropriate reasonings behind varying nursing interventions, and procedures, different disease processes, etc... depending upon the content in the question (especially if NGN) but don't expect to see questions from Y
