Worst customer service ever bought a 64oz bottle it doesn't keep cool anymore i put ice it sweats i sent it in still nothing no one responds n they closed tye case like really …. I will never buy another n telling everyone to stay away from yeti

I had a great experience with Yeti’s customer service! I contacted them about a coffee mug with chipped paint, and they made the replacement process incredibly easy. The turnaround time was surprisingly fast, and they sent me a brand-new mug with no hassle. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and provide such excellent customer support. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Communication was horrible took days in-between every email at one point I had to contact a second person she was very helpful, but my original contact didn't seem to care.

Love their products. BUT their online customer service is the worst of the worst. Ordered a product for next day delivery and 47 hours later, it still hasn't been dispatched. Can't speak to a human, the chatbot just goes in circles. Wanted to cancel the order as product will now be delivered too late but they can't do that - not sure why when it still hasn't been dispatched. Whilst it's in their T&Cs, this is against statutory consumer rights (given it hasn't been dispatched yet). My advice, don't order with them direct. Really poor Yeti.

The same cup was not available and they offered the great big one as a replacement. Therefore I did not send the old one back because my arthritic hands can’t handle the big cup.

Yeti products stand by their warranty. Customer service is top tier when handling issues with their customer. Would always recommend yeti to friends and family!

My warranty has had no follow up on if its coming or not or lost or what happened i sent in my warrantied item 7 weeks and 6 days ago with the told time of expecting it at most 6 weeks.

Their coffee cups, loose their paint or covering in about 12 months, for expensive cups this is not good, the paint flakes off, to make a complaint you need to show proof of purchase, ha, who keeps receipts for coffee cups? Their whole complaint process is so hard it’s impossible to make a claim, I would not recommend any Yeti products due to their poor quality and their poor customer service.

You guys sent me a Silo with an identical pinhole in the bottom of it. Could have just told me they all have that instead of wasting time exchanging it....

It was a quick and easy warranty process. It didn't take long after I submitted my claim that they answered with the next steps and within 10days I had my new bottle.
