TERRIBLE experience so far (Fake reviews?) - RESPONSE TO YARROW FINANCIAL RESPONSE TO THIS REPOST - As shared I REPOSTED this because Trustpilot took it down due to saying it has contact information which I thought I removed. This isn't a NEW posting but just the reposting of the previous one for posterity's sake. No issues with Yarrow Financial since then but didn't want this to be taken down, so I just reposted this. Feel free to reach out if any of this is unclear. HAD TO REPOST THIS BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL POST WAS TAKEN DOWN BECAUSE IT HAD IDENTIFICATION INFO THAT I'VE SINCE REMOVED. RESPONSE UPDATED I saw all of the reviews about how Yarrow Financial was a great company but that has not been my experience so far. I don't even have a loan with them, but I'm just sharing this in an attempt someone will read it and actually call me back. I submitted an application on March 30th for a line of credit and never got a response. I then followed up on May 2nd and heard from someone who works there letting me know that I needed to submit by additional March and April bank statements. He said he would confirm receipt and send me the details of what they could offer for a potential line of credit. It has been almost two weeks and have yet to hear anything back. When you call the number on their website it rings and rings and eventually goes to a voicemail asking you to leave a message and someone will call you back. I'm not saying all of these reviews are fake, but I can't think they are all real based on what I've experienced so far, so I would be leery if you are considering using them. UPDATE FROM YARROW FINANCIAL RESPONSE: I find it hard to believe this is true. I have several phone and text messages from you from the initial reach out, as well as the call on May 2nd when the same employee called back. I also have the email from that Yarrow Financial Employee on May 2nd requesting for me to respond with my March and April bank statements. However, I have ZERO missed phone calls, emails, or messages from anyone since that time. I find it challenging to believe that ALL of those first ones came through but your recent outreach have not come through at all (or you're implying that I'm just not responding to them). I have the receipt of where I emailed the follow-up message after my March 30th application submission, as well as the follow up email I sent on May 2nd. I also just followed up and emailed the corporate email you gave as requested. I can share screenshots of both of them for proof. I can respect if someone dropped the ball and just didn't do their job. That's an individual mistake and happens when individual employees may be overwhelmed or not as attentive to their roles as they should. However, to attempt to put it back on me as if I didn't do what was asked of me and return your phone calls or email you what was requested is indicative of a company that has more issues than just an individual not doing his/her job. This appears to be more of a leadership issue. If you truly want to stand behind your statement that you reached out "numerous" times to try to reach me, I would hope that you would respond to my follow up email that I just sent today to make sure you get in contact with me. I also just sent a text to a number that I got a text from an employee on earlier to make sure I covered all of my bases. Feel free to follow up if you are committed to the narrative that you reached out to me and I never responded, so we can clear this up accordingly.

Ray was wonderful in helping funding my business. Very professional and explain everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. Great communication and kept me updated. Loc was easy to set up
Loc was easy to set up. Was very expensive but eas told in advance. Was told that it would become cheaper after we create a history. Was told we would have our hand help through the process, I have reached out a few times with no response. I got exactly what I signed up for, but it's too expensive to use. So it's back to the drawing board, my existing bank has provided me with a much better option . Overall it only cost me a few hundred dollars but I would not have done it knowing the rep would disappear after the 1st transaction.

Great experience across the board
Ray had both long term and short term strategies in mind and helped discuss options. Aside from his educational approach. the process was simple and extremely efficient. Honestly the best finance experience I might had in 30 years of business. Hope to do more business with them as we continue.
