App on site would not work for…
App on site would not work for measurement of eyes, took over three weeks to get a "kit" to do it at home, then took another 4 to 6 six weeks to get my glasses.. even after speaking with customer service. Not likely to use this service again..

No one knows what they are talking about you call and one person tells you 1 thing and then you call and another says the complete opposite. This has happened every time I have had an interaction and now I just don't call or reach out. I hope my company switches again next year.

It has been such an easy and affordable change for our family of 2. The home kits help if you aren't comfortable using the virtual try-ons, so that is a plus. The quality of the frames is so nice, and for the price it's a WIN WIN!!!!

So many options!!
So many options!!! I have so many cute styles for both sunglasses and reading glasses saved!!! And the customer support team was amazing when we needed help with shipping issues! I would definitely recommend this site!!

Easiest and least expensive service ever!
It was the easiest and least expensive eyeglass purchase I’ve ever made. The virtual try on was super helpful. Also, the service team noticed something was off about the script and called me before filling it to double check. So I got exactly what I wanted with no returns and no hassles.i chose to upgrade to transitions, but if I hadn’t done that, the glasses would have cost me about $50 in total, including frames, rx lenses, anti scratch. It was great. Highly recommend!
