Working with Xometry has been great.
My experience with Xometry has been great. The instant quotes are very convenient, and the pricing structure is competitive. Also, the lead-time is very reasonable. This platform has caused me to re-evaluate the way I have things fabricated. The salesman, Fred Pinasco, has been excellent to work with.

I joined Xometry as a manufacturing partner expecting a fair opportunity to receive work, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Customer support is one of the biggest problems. Responses often take weeks or even months, and when they finally arrive, they rarely answer the actual questions. It feels like partners are left without any real support. As a new partner, I have submitted many quotes, but they are almost always rejected without any meaningful feedback. It is impossible to understand how the selection process works or what needs to be improved. The instant jobs are another major issue. They disappear within seconds, making it virtually impossible to accept them. From a supplier's perspective, the process does not feel transparent or fair. I have invested time, materials, and effort into becoming a partner, but the platform has provided almost no business opportunities in return. Unless Xometry significantly improves communication, transparency, and support for new partners, I cannot recommend joining their partner network.
