They will con you
Scanning and sending was easy. The parcel was collected by DPD the next day who gave a one hour time slot on the day. It took quite a few days to reach World of Books then they took a while to process everything. What lost the stars is that in the payment email to me they have listed quite a few things as not received which I am not happy about at all as I packed the box myself and know I put them in there (I have double checked my shelves and the table where I packed the box and the items are not here so I 100% know they were in the box) - obviously it is their word against mine. They fleeced me out of £20 worth of goods so I will not use them again and would advise against using them. Better to give things to charity rather than to someone who will con you and profit from you. Not happy at all!
