Customer Service is always great. Answered all my questions. Delivery details and Email notifications are quick an keep you informed. 2nd purchase, the first in 2002 and they still have my records. Can't be better!

I ordered parts to connect new Husqvarna tractor to my Commercial Pro, I sent photos of the new mower to assure I would get correct parts.Unfortunately the 90 degree hitch bar didn’t fit. I called was told by very helpful person to send additional photos for tech team & he would follow up. Got called back same day, new hitch would be sent. Great attitude & common sense response. Long time customer & always have had great service!!!

I have NEVER dealt with better customer service than I did with Nicole!!! The website was being cranky and didn’t like my method of payment. So I called these guys directly and I am beyond pleased I did!! Not only did Nicole help me with a complex payment request, she suggested other perks that I never would have known had I ordered online. In a world of impersonal, robotic, and AI customer service, there needs to be more Nicole’s!!

Well informed and guided me to the right unit and the best price for my yard and my tractor. I’m not normally impressed about most companies customer service, but this one was impressive.

The ordering process was pleasant! There was a question afterwards about my specific mower tractor! My equipment was not shipped until correct mower connection was verified! I’ll know more when it gets here! But, I don’t anticipate any problems, since we were right before it shipped!

I looked at the two main companies in this market and chose Cyclone rake primarily due to the six- month trial program they offer. Cyclone also seems to have a few design aspects which may be superior, but only time will tell. One aspect I really would have liked from either company is a premium engine brand such as Honda. I would pay several hundred $ more for a premium engine. Waylon handled the sale very well and was pleasant to work with. Now just waiting on delivery...

Ordering was accomplished easily. Cyclone Rack keeps me up to date about ordering and shipping. Awaiting delivery.

I really like my Cyclone Rake. It vacuums everything with easy. My only complaint was that in order to keep my Ferris IS 700 exhaust from melting the vaccum tube I had to divert the exhaust output. I don’t feel tech support was very helpful on this. They insisted that I could get this from an auto parts store, when I could not. I had to order it on line from Summit Racing equipment. The part was Walker Exhaust Elbows 1.5 Inch Steel Exhaust Pipe 41231 plus a exhaust coupler

I explained to Nichole that I had followed Cyclone Rake's instructions by keeping my 2-year old battery plugged in 24/7 but it was now dead! She informed me that I was not alone with this problem, that the company had changed to a new type of battery and she would send me the upgrade for free!!! I was very happy with her assistance and sense of humor.

I had a million question and they came up different days, so I had several emails going back and forth to customer service. Each email was answered very quickly and thoroughly. This helped me to finally feel comfortable ordering my Z-10 vac.

Nicole Griffin has been great to work with! I’m waiting on the correct adapter before I start assembly so I have all correct parts in hand. Thank you in advance for the correct adapter I have full confidence it will be taken care of after the 4th of July holiday. I restore classic vehicles for my personal use and I can tell you I like what I see in the parts and engineering.
