Duplicate sandal available!
My Wolky sandal broke and they were several years old. I couldn’t believe i could get the same one on the website after all these years. Yeah!

I joined Wolky and as a new customer was to get a discount. I bought the shoes and did not apply the code. CUSTOMER SERVICE corrected it. I have bought Wolky sandals from other sources and love them. Helps my plantar fasciitis. Worth the price.

I have been purchasing Wolky Sandals for many years now. The first time I wore them, I was amazed at the fit and comfort. I’ve ordered several different styles and they are very comfortable for walking short and long distances on your first day of wearing them. I highly recommend wolky sandals.l

The return process needs improvement
The quality of the sandal was excellent and received it quickly. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit well and I had to return it. That’s where wolky USA could improve. Once I decided to return them, I went to the website to start the process. But it’s very slow and tedious. First, I had to put in a request and, on Friday, received a message that I’ll get a mailing label within one business day. On Monday, I did not receive anything. I wrote an email and wanted to know when I’d get an email. I got an automatic response stating that I’ll hear from them soon. I did not. I attempted to call the customer service number multiple times but there is no answer or response or even a chance to leave a message. There is no message that comes up explaining why I can’t reach them. I send another email because I’m frustrated. Finally, the next day, I do receive the label and an email explaining that they are a small company and can’t always respond right away. Well, now am I supposed to know that? At the very least, I should be able to reach an agent by phone. That is the real failure here. And if you say something will be there in a business day, it should be. If you are going to tell me you’ll be in touch, then get in touch! The return process is lacking and needs to be improved.

This has so far been the worst…
This has so far been the worst experience I have had with you after buying shoes from you for probably at least 25 years. You lost my order but cashed my payment but we seem to be back on track again and I'm hoping I'll get this pair of shoes this week.

It took emails and phonecalls over…
It took emails and phonecalls over Three weeks to get my shoes delivered and when the package arrived , they had shipped the wrong size! I tried to call to see if I could exchange them for the size I had ordered (online only would accept a return)but noone answers their service line (i tried numerous times) ,
