Slower Than Expected with Hard-to-Read Instructions
I ordered two at-home test kits, and unfortunately the experience was underwhelming. Both tests were fairly involved, yet the printed instructions were extremely small and difficult to read. I don't normally have trouble with small print, but these were challenging enough that I found myself wishing there were larger, clearer instructions included. The turnaround time was also much slower than I expected. Once the lab received my samples, it took 10 calendar days to receive my results. By comparison, I've used other mail-in testing services where the entire process—from ordering the kit, collecting and mailing back samples, lab processing, and receiving results—was completed in about five days. The service worked in the end, but between the difficult-to-read instructions and the lengthy processing time, it didn't meet my expectations.

I have not gotten the consult I paid for yet. And the labs they don't have an account for Wisp so that's more hoops to jump through at the lab. Other than a few hurdles they are good

I give zero stars.
Im only giving a 1 star because I cant give zero. I didnt agree with the change of prescription due to inappropriateness for my unknown pregnancy status. I attempted 3 times to communicate with the nurse practioner about it with no response. By day 2 I reached out to customer service who assured me they would have the care team respond, that was over 3 days ago as well. No response. Theres medication at my pharmacy im not taking and im charged for this terrible experience for no reason. Not only should they refund me but they should reply and also stop sending me surveys..

No correspondence after medications…
No correspondence after medications were prescribed. I had extremely negative side effects to the antibiotics and nobody has responded to my messages in over 48 hours ETA- They responded to this review faster than they responded to my message regarding issues from the side effects of my meds. Nice!

I subscribed to the perimenopause…
I subscribed to the perimenopause subscription. When they first prescribed, the provider did the 0.025 mg patch 2x per week. I needed the dose upped and the next one did 0.05mg 1x a week. This patch is HUGE and keeps falling off and causing major irritation. I messaged numerous times and they suggested I spritz the area with Flonase and allow it to dry. I tried that and the patch fell off the same day. I have gone through three patches in less than two weeks and it should be 4 in a month. It is hard enough to get help for this condition but the lack of support is horrible. They would not refund my money because I picked up the prescription. I googled this patch and SO many people have had these issues. If their prescribers were well versed in this condition, the patch I was prescribed would be a last resort. Honestly the only thing worse than not being medicated during perimenopause is being on a rollercoaster of medication. Shame on them. They need to do better!

Period Delay- Norethindrone 5mg
I needed to delay my period for a vacation and I inquired about Norethindrone 5mg and I had a prescription the very next day. It worked for me perfectly. It delayed my period an additional 7 days which was perfect in my case.

I have adhd and Pmdd - norethindone works great
I have adhd and Pmdd, I’ve used the norethindone 3 times now over the past 2 years to delay my period/pmdd. Works like a charm, just have to start it 3 days before you get your period. Each prescription was sent and filled within 4 hours!!!

Wisp has been a total lifesaver
Wisp has been a total lifesaver! The process to get help is extremely quick and easy. The turnaround time to get meds if you’re picking up from the pharmacy has never been more than 2 hours for me. I’ve not only used the service but I’ve referred my friends and family as well, and they’re extremely happy too! Would 100% recommend!

Everything happened so FAST!
Everything happened so FAST! I had never had pain like that and I was able to get my prescription within 2 hours. I seriously thought I would have to wait till next day but the pain start to subside as soon as I started taking it.

Wisp blew me away
Wisp blew me away! I experienced sudden UTI symptoms 48 hours before an international flight and reached for Wisp for treatment after a positive test. I had a prescription ready at my pharmacy within HOURS!!! Unheard of levels of efficiency and affordability. I am so incredibly grateful.

The process was easy getting the medication that I needed. I did a pharmacy pick up so I did have to pay at pharmacy as well online, but outside of everything the medication gave no side effects whatsoever, and i would definitely recommend and use wisp again if I have another trip planned and I know I might need it
