I bought the same cuts from five sources and sampled them all over the following weeks. Weins was my favorite by a wide margin. Also, three out of five shipments arrived thawed. Two out of five arrived thawed and at room temperature. Weins shipments arrived properly packed and frozen.

Very happy with the NY Strips! But I am disappointed that you guys aren’t going to be selling steaks any longer.

I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips, Full blood. I did receive 4 steaks, Although there was not dry ice included to keep them frozen during their journey! 2 of the steaks were as described. the other 2 are half as thick and twice as fatty. So 2 of these "Thick Cut Strips" Are Beautiful and amazing 2 are one third fat and do not appear to to be a KC Strips cut. I did reach out to Wiens Wagyu with photos and my concerns via Email. Did not get a response.

The problem is shipping. Most orders are not frozen . I did not send it back this time. The quality is pretty good.

I couldn't believe how great these steaks were. I bought the rib eyes and the flavor and texture were perfect in every way. Also, the customer service is second to none. I cannot thank Weins Wagyu enough for such a great experience. Thank you!
