The CVT I spoke with was very helpful. My 13yr old cat was just diagnosed with Diabetes. His blood sugars have fluctuate a lot and before his night time dose of insulin his BS was 58 and he gets 2u of insulin so I needed to know if I should skip his nigh time dose. She gave me the answer I thought was correct and I felt better getting a professionals input. I'm very grateful!

I was not treated as oh well his dog doesn't feel good We were treated like we got to find out what is causing this discomfort now We were on the phone with the vet for almost a half hour then the following few days we received a all back wanting to know how our visit to our vet went That really made. Us feel good knowing we have great doctors and assistant who care thanks again

First time using the service. My dog was experiencing a minor skin issue. It was over the weekend so my vet was closed. The CVT provided sound guidance and feedback. I also appreciate the follow up to ensure my dog was doing well.
