My wife and I have both been using the BP2A Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor along with the ViHealth App for a few years now. Together they keep a complete history for both of us separately. We highly reccommend! :-)
I enjoy the Wellue watch BP monitor on a daily basis. It is a little off of the cuff monitor readings, but very consistently, so it is nice to see it through the day. One day my watch stopped working, and after an email, video proof and a picture they sent me a brand new one immediately! Thanks Wellue
Great devices that give confirmed health data, tested by the NIH that your dr will listen to. If you need a different device or find it doesn’t work for what you’re needing they’ll work with you as long as it’s within the return window so you’re not out the money. The Wellue o2 hr monitor helped my cardiologist & sleep dr take me seriously & finally got me treatment after 20 years of being ignored bc I’m “not the typical patient”
I’ve only had the watch for a couple of weeks, but it arrived very quickly and has worked exactly as described. The battery life isn’t quite as long as I’d hoped, although I imagine that depends on how many features you have enabled. The sleep tracking doesn’t seem to be completely accurate, but everything else performs really well. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend it
Was a wonderful product previously. Now entirely unusable.
Sadly and unfortunately they seem to have changed their software making their chest strap ECG monitors practically unusable. Plus it's very difficult to understand who actually owns this company as they seem to trade under both wellue AND Checkmecare which is very confusing. So I bought a wellue chest strap ECG monitor in 2023 after suffering significant but intermittent arrthymias and it was absolutely wonderful. Did the job perfectly and enabled my doctor to finally help and diagnose me. I bought an additional one in 2025 so I could always have one and a spare and unfortunately that one produced significant and severe artifact on slight movement which meant it was unreadable and unusable. I contacted wellue who said it was a hardware sensitivity with the one I'd bought. They said they no longer manufacture them so they would give me a refund and they then pointed me in the direction of Checkmecare (yes I too am confused by this). Anyway I recently bought the new model off Checkmecare on Amazon and it's the same as the previous model, just with different colours and newer features. I used it this afternoon and exactly the same issue as the previous one! Severe artifact on very slight movement. I had only been in bed and half of it was completely unreadable. Plus I'd been wearing it for around 4 hours but for some reason it'd only recorded the last 30 minutes or so. So another item that has to go back. I suspect it's a software issue or hardware issues across all of this particular model but they haven't addressed it and god knows why because it makes their product entirely unusable. They are polite and nice in customer service and I have emailed them again asking what to do but as it seems to be a fundamental issue within the software or hardware it seems their product just doesn't work now. Which is a shame as it WAS absolutely fantastic back in 2023. There are very few home ecg monitors on the market and this company has a niche which could be amazing so I'm writing the review in the hopes that they will review this model and make it usable again because it's been so helpful to me when it was previously working well. It's a real shame that something has gone wrong somewhere and now the product is unusable.
Bought it on Amazon. The silicone band broke within 45 days. No customer service number only through chat/email. I can not get a refund or replacement. In the box it says 1 year warranty but I am being told I have to go through Amazon. I did and amazon tells me no returns after 30 days after that the warranty kicks in from manufacturer. So on amazon it says sold by a wellue ring sponsor....Now im being told wellue has a amazon return department. I tried and what it says is contact getwelllue/service. Did that no help.Anyone have any ideas to help me get this warrantied. Service department is horrible to deal with. When i see some movement on this i will happily re review.
I had a issue with a unit. They kept in contact with me till a new one was delivered. This company is all about customer service! I will be recommending them. Thanks for everything.
This Ring 02 monitor is precise and convenient. it is also trusted by the medical community. I used the pulse oximeter technology for over 40 years as a Respiratory Care Practitioner so I know the technology is reliable. I'm so impressed by this device and the reports that are generated daily truly assist in diagnostic use. I send the reports to my doctor when I'm having problems which provides a basis for other testing
The Smart O2 ring is a great help in my revalidation therapy for lung fibrosis. To bad the ring was defective but their excellent customer service send me a new Smart ring without any problems. This ring warns me with vibrations if my oxygen level is to low or my heart rate to high. And in some cases my phone must be on silence so that function is great. Futhermore it helps me to get more inside information what excersises ask to much energie from me, even when I use extra oxygen via an oxygen concentrator. Yes I'm very pleased with this Smart ring
I bought a pneumatic leg compression device. Unfortunately, the controller didn't work right from the start. I was worried, but as soon as I contacted support at getwellue, the handling of the complaint was super easy. I didn't even have the hassle of returning the bulky pack and got a complete new unit sent. The new controller worked and I also must comment that the boots, zipper and cabling of the leg compressiin boots are all well made. Compression is very strong, I use it on the lowest level for lymphatic drainage. I also love the fact that it can be used on both the batteries and on 240V.
The ER1 LW is well-suited for long-term ECG and heart rhythm monitoring. The AI analysis has been very helpful in monitoring my PAC, PVC, and VT. It's a great product for people with arrhythmias. I don't know yet about its durability, but the fine texture suggests it should be durable. The manufacturer's service is excellent; they were willing to replace the wrong patch (which I bought for the ER1) with a new, suitable one, making me very satisfied. The BP2 can monitor blood pressure and perform a 30-second ECG. It's small and easy to carry for travel. I hope it will also be durable. I would recommend this company's ER1 and BP2 products.
Extremely happy with my O2 Ring devices. I had an issue with a device and customer service were superb and replaced it immediately. These devices are also among the best consumer devices you can get for tracking oxygen levels during sleep. Totally recommended!
