I ordered kN95 masks
I ordered kN95 masks. The masks arrived packed well. I tried one on and was pleased that it fit well and is comfortable. The masks are quality made. A card enclosed within the packet of masks displays information that shows the masks are valid kN95 masks.

Regular aging parent
This company, these people, have been instrumental in making my aged father comfortable and happy with their products. He won’t go anywhere else. And for me, I had a few slip-ups on orders (my fault ) and they were there for me, ready to help, quick to remedy the situation for whatever, whenever. I can’t speak highly enough about the product and their kind and attentive service. Much appreciated.

They lie about shipping dates on their…
They lie about shipping dates on their website, presumably in order to get you to spend more on shipping. They'll show you a single estimated delivery date on the website when you check out, but on the backend, they know the estimated delivery is a range and what they're showing you isn't guaranteed! And they'll only tell you this actually accurate information later after your package arrives late, and blame you for believing what their own website told you. They should just offer accurate shipping information at checkout to begin with.

Always get awesome customer support!
I was running into an issue adding an additional subscription but Fariha was able to resolve the issue. It seems I may not have access to some of the options that WellBefore can see but Fariha took care of adding the new sub and updating all the relevant information. The chat took longer than expected but Fariha stayed until it was resolved. Terrific support as always, and always appreciated.

WellBefore is in the business of providing products that help people, so it's reassuring to know that when an issue arises, you're supported by real people, not just automated chatbots. I experienced a small problem with one of my orders, and their customer support team responded quickly, professionally, and came up with a solution that fully met my expectations. When I placed a second order, I left a short note with it. To my surprise, a member of the support team took the time to reply with a personalized message. It's a small gesture, but it shows they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend WellBefore and will definitely continue ordering from them in the future.

Very cute, innovative, well priced
While I have had some quality issues with their products, they are very innovative, work well, even the packaging is very cute, and I was able to get the support I needed when I did receive a defective device. Both the Shark and Spaceman electric toothbrushes are incredible, my son loves them, and priced low enough why not buy 2 and let your child choose each night!

Didn't actually receive the package. I know it's USPS fault, but it's not at mailbox as reported and no where to be seen at house. Really needed those masks and unsure now what to do.

Petite adult N95 mask with adjustable ear loops.
This specific mask is the best on the market. I have to wear a mask daily when shopping or going into buildings (immune system compromised) I have a petite face and the adjustable ear loops are perfect. The order was packaged well and received quickly. The price is as expected for these quality masks. Thank you for continuing to offer this type of mask.

Sizing and Nose Wire Issues
They have a measuring guide but no size chart, so there's nothing to compare the measurements with; now I'm stuck with a bunch of masks that don't fit due to lacking guidelines. Luckily, because of the mix, I have three that fit, and those that do are nice. HOWEVER, the nose wire started migrating into the mask, which I've never had happen before in all my years of masking...I've only worn one, so I hope this isn't an issue with all of them...The masks are comfortable when they fit, but it's a shame there's no way to figure that out until you've bought them.

Failure to address gen AI use
I raised a concern about Wellbefore using generative AI in its instagram ads, and the response I got did not address my concern and sounded AI-generated itself. When I replied to that email, I got no response.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, friendly service
Rugby Blue Gel - love it. My family uses this product frequently, so I try to keep it on hand. Stores in our area seldom stock this item, so I was glad to find it on line at a reasonable price through WellBefore. Ordering from WellBefore was easy and convenient. Their website is nice and they offer a variety of product. They also offer auto delivery, which is a bonus. The order was promptly acknowledged and shipped. I received my package within a week. I gave a 4 star rating because there was a slight mishap where one of the caps popped off the jar during shipment. Customer Service was notified of the issue. Their response was immediate. I found them friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Reliable Protection
I switched to WellBefore when my subscription order for duckbills from Amazon kept getting canceled. The WellBefore mask fits more securely and my order is never canceled.
