Despite a delay which made me change shift at work eventually they delivered very nice plants, better than expected. If delivery would have been as promised i would have given 5 stars.

Scammers! I have the same story of other people in the reviews, received the wrong order, very late delivery, and the plants were almost dead. Tried to report the company in Consumer rights but the couldn’t get the company’s legal name.

Frankly one star is way too generous for this company. I asked if they would bring some Olive trees and pots for me to look at before purchasing, I wanted to buy but wanted to check the size. They said it was fine to do this but could I pay for 2 plants which I agreed to do in good faith. We confirmed a delivery date and I received an automated reply to say the plants were out for delivery. I just so happened to be at the front of the house when I saw a man coming with a plant which he put at the doorstep and then went to get another - he wasn't parked in the driveway (odd as there was plenty of room) and when he came with the other plant I went outside - he seemed surprised because he was about to leave. I said where are the other plants and pots and he said this is all I have. I told him this was not what was agreed and showed him the WhatsApp messages. I asked to speak to his boss and another guy came saying he was only the driver and this is all they were told to bring. I asked them to take away and wasn't accepting them. From there I have been ghosted and they don't answer the phone or reply to WhatsApp messages. I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews first as I would never have ordered from such a unscrupulous scamming place.

They are absolute scammers. They not only cheat their customers but their employees and partners also. The owner name is Sheena. She handles all calls. She ghosts her customers and employees too. I feel so sorry for all those people here who have expressed their frustration and scam case here. Even I didn't know that this level of scam is happening with all customers here. I feel so unfortunate that I worked with this company and its owner. Completely avoid them and report to all official authorities of UAE about them.

DO NOT BUY! They have made a fancy looking website, instagram ads and list the plants at attractive prices and mention next day delivery but they don’t probably exist. They will not answer emails or calls after placing order and that’s probably when you will know that you have been scammed. Do not fall for it and steer clear if you want to avoid stress.

BEWARE … Ordered the plants and had to chase the delivery and when I finally agreed on a suitable date (i.e a date when I returned from my travels) they delivered it in the middle of my travels. Not to mention 1 if the 2 plants ordered was diseased. The place is completely miss run! Needless to say I have given up chasing of what was was promised to be a replaced plant. Just avoid them is all I can say!!

Its a scam website . Dont place order and if you have already placed , do report to authorities . Inform Sharjah Media city (SHAMS) , i think there they are registered .

Pure scam, same story as in other reviews. They just take your money and disappear. Two weeks of absolute ignoring. Hope I saw these reviews before making an order. Hopefully, your reputation now destroyed and more people will see that and won't place order with you. Sent a request to the bank to recover my money from you.

I ordered the 3-plant trio combo offer for my home, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The plants arrived super dirty and not properly prepared, whereas they should have been cleaned before delivery to a house isn't? The vases were completely different from the ones shown in the pictures, and the overall quality of the plants was below expectations. Additionally, communication was a major issue. Their official contact number was not answered, and I only received updates because I followed up myself on my order through WhatsApp. The delivery was scheduled between 5:00–6:00 PM, but the delivery arrived at 8:30 PM without any prior update. I’m sorry to leave this review, but the purpose of reviews is to share honest experiences and help businesses improve. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their product quality and customer service.

Didn't even proceed with my service. They confirmed a time that they did not follow even though I cleared my schedule to meet them. After calling them out on it, they simply stopped replying to my messages. I guess the service is as bad as the reviews online make it out to be

Before payment, they were quick to respond, made big promises and assured me I would receive healthy plants of the exact size shown, along with the premium pot I paid an extra AED 100 for. The moment they received my payment, they became completely unresponsive. Calls, messages and follow-ups were ignored. After exhausting every attempt to contact them, I filed a cyber fraud complaint. When I informed them that a complaint had been lodged, they suddenly dispatched the order, without any prior notice, confirmation or communication. What arrived was nothing like what I had paid for. The three plants were significantly different in size from what was advertised, the AED 100 premium pot was missing entirely and the plants themselves were in terrible condition. Half-dead, unhealthy and poorly maintained. Delivering an incorrect order only after a complaint does not make up for poor business practices. It only reinforces the lack of professionalism and accountability. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Based on my experience, I would not trust this seller again and cannot recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, stress and financial loss. there are far more reliable sellers who value their customers and honor their commitments.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was promised that my plants would be delivered on Friday if I was to make the payment now and they were not delivered until Tuesday the following week and they said they’re going to be sending a another plant as a compensation that did not happen. They sent also the wrong plants and wrong order. The plant height was not the one I ordered! Very disappointed!

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. The promised delivery time was false, communication was misleading, and customer service was effectively nonexistent. I felt deceived throughout the process, and resolving the issue was nearly impossible. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

They are basically a scam. I never received the plant that I paid for. I went to ALL nearby buildings and asked security, checked every CCTV to see if it was deleivered to somwhere else. No! and customer care basically shot the phone to my face and blocked me.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Very happy to take your money but they don’t deliver and then ignore you. I got one reply to say delivery tomorrow and then…..nothing. 2 weeks later I’m still non the wiser. So who knows where my money is?! Incredibly frustrating and just plain rude. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

This feedback is not about the plant itself, but about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While your website clearly promises next-day delivery, it took 8 days for the plant to arrive. During that time, I sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and made several phone calls without any response. When someone finally answered, the interaction was disappointing, she sounded disengaged, spoke in a cold tone, and came across as rude, unprofessional, and careless. Although the plant quality is very good, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I will not be ordering again. Truly disappointing.

Warning, warning, warning....this is a scam . They make a nice website, they function from outside the UAE. They take orders, charge the credit cards, never deliver. On occasion where it seems that a delivery is made, it is via a local plant shop, you never know who they are, what is delivered is NOTHING like what you ordered. Beware WELLPLOTTEDPLANT at all if you don't want to loose you money, like I did.

Ordered on 12 June 2026 (order 25353), paid 943.51 AED via Tamara. The order was promised within the advertised delivery window and did not arrive. Over the following week I was told by phone at least three times that delivery would happen "the next day" — it never did. Private calls and WhatsApp went unanswered. The only thing that got a response was a public message on Facebook, after which they suddenly replied. The order finally arrived a full week late, left at my door at night. The smaller plants were fine. However, the two fiddle leaf figs arrived in clearly unhealthy condition: many leaves had been cut off with scissors, others had holes, and only a few presentable leaves remained — nothing like a healthy plant or the product photos. Within days of careful indoor care (bright indirect light, correct watering), the remaining leaves are now dropping. These plants were not in saleable condition when sent. Based on other reviews here, this pattern of late or non-delivery and unhealthy plants is unfortunately common. I would not order from them again nor would I suggest anyone to order from them.

This was a very disappointing purchase. The plants were supposed to arrive the day after I placed the order, but they were delayed by five days. They were left on the side of the street without any delivery coordination or notification, so I was unaware they had arrived. Additionally, the quality of the plants was not satisfactory—the plant was not standing upright and overall did not meet expectations.
