They sent the wrong back to one of the chairs and now the communication has stopped. It looks like it will be at least a month before I get the right back. These are shipped from China and they take a long time to arrive.

Weilianda is a trustworthy company. It took us sometime to decide which company to use to buy theatre chairs. At the end we bought 5 instead of 3 because we felt confident to have made the right choice. On the same day of the purchase we started receiving messages to explain next step and then received frequent messages regarding the delivery. Janice was our after sale commissioner, she was awesome from the start, kept in touch with us throughout the sale, delivery and also checked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the items and overall process. Janice took care of everything and we could not have asked for a better person taking care of us. The chairs are top grain leather and the quality is great. We love the quality, comfort and overall design. We recommend buying from Weilianda due to the great quality, competitive prices, and the best customer service in the business by far. Kudos to Weilianda for having such great product and for having someone as great as Janice on staff. We are very happy with our purchase.

You sent a smart phone holder. I ordered a tablet holder. Two completely different items! Different prices! called your support team yesterday, no reaction on your part. Are you able to send me what I ordered or not? If not, process a refund please.

Out of six seats we only received 1 the rest the shipper is shipping back. They dropped the first off without signature but not the rest.

I recently bought the WeiliandavAstronaut Series Home Theater Seating (set of 5) and have been really pleased with it so farm The seats are a bit smaller than the older theater seating I replaced, but the overall quality is excellent and they look great in my theater roomm To be fair, choosing larger seats would have cost quite a bit more, so for the price I really can't complain. I really like the zero-gravity reclining, which I didn't have in my older seats. the seats are a bit firm so be ready for that. hopefully over time they get softer with use. the USB charging is also surprisingly fast, which was a nice surprise. they even include a free phone holder, which I didn't expect but actually use quite a bit. shipping was quick and the packaging was very good, everything arrived well protected. assembly was simple and didn't take long. I also asked them for the rails to connect the chairs together, and those were easy to install as

The chairs are really good and I am happy with the quality. Pricing was very good. They look great in our theater room. The Customer Service phone was not working. It only had a message and I was not able to speak to anyone. Brackets for the chairs were supplied but the hardware (nuts/bolts) were not. They were sent later.

I bought a 4 seat power reclining configuration for my new home theater room and could not be happier with them. They are very comfortable and were assembled very quickly with no issues. Weilianda Customer Service has been fast and responsive to my follow up accessories questions. Would buy from them again!

We looked for a long time to find a love seat that had independently reclining seats, tall enough seat backs, and a wide range of positional adjustments to support our grown son that has neck and other mobility issues. We purchased the blue color and were a little worried that it might be “too blue” (as online purchases can be a bit of a gamble) but were pleasantly surprised to find that it is a nice smokey grey blue that would look good in almost any decor color scheme. We purchased the 2-seater with no armrest in between and when it arrived it did not have the connector pieces to join the two halves- but we called Weiliandia and they were great - said they would immediately send out the parts we needed, they followed up with more than one email, provided a tracking number for the package, and a link to the install video. We love our loveseat and couldn’t be happier with the service from this company.

I received my theater seats (row of four) they were even better looking than the on line pictures. I couldn't tell that it came with gold stitching, which is beautiful to match the gold cup holders. The cup holders light up with 7 color options with 3 levels of color brightness. I am absolutely impressed with the quality of the material and the overall look and comfort. The electric reclining seats are a wonderful touch for comfort and to top it off, the headrest is also an electrical adjustment. We have enjoyed many movie nights with company. The overall experience is theater, perfect. The delivery was right on time and the assembly of the chairs were very easy to put together. I would recommend these seats to anyone looking for a comfortable chic look in their theater room.

I want to say that I have purchased weilianda's home theatre seating on two different occasions to complete my home theatre set of 5. Both times, I have had excellent experiences with their great customer service and exceptional timely of addressing any concerns or answering any questions. The Italian leather is durable, comfortable and out right stylish. The chic style I have purchased is the best. I compared with other competitors and I decided on Weilianda because of quality and pricing.
