Works great, program is easy to use and understand. Easy to clean lens and laser module. Let's me engrave on mirrors, wood, cork. Haven't tired the demem in yet. I also now own the Flex and also the 20w Vision. I bought all the accessories for each laser.

The laser engraver was easy to set up as I followed the set up instruction closely. I watched the provided sample videos that helped me as well. It was very easy to start and trying a few sample projects. The machine almost works like a standard computer printer! I do believe that software should be updated to include more engraving material settings. The software comes loaded with several materials as a start. The software expects the user (me) to experiment and determine the settings for more materials. I will be using common wood like pine or maple. Surely, these are standard material settings. I don't like this feature at all.

My experience with WeCreat has been nothing short of amazing! I started with a used Vision and loved it so much that I bought the Lumos last month. Both machines are absolutely awesome. You simply can't beat their winning combo of top-tier hardware, seamless software, and stellar customer service. The support staff is amazing, and I've only ever had great interactions with them! As a huge bonus, their membership is only around $7 a month, a total steal compared to others that charge $50. I actually sold my other name-brand lasers once I saw what the Vision could do. I highly recommend WeCreat!

I loved my wecreat vision and decided I needed something for small projects and bought the Lumos and love both of my machines just wish the vision had the framing capabilities that the Lumos has meaning so i can actually see the actual area to be engraved outlined before actual engraving

My we creat 45 vision has been superb. I am able to cut wood up to 1/2 inch thick with ease and engrave on wood and other materials with clean and precise lines every time. Still learning how to get color out of painting on the surface but starting to understand the process. Love the machine

The hardware is top notch and has features above its weight class. Unfortunately it is clear that this is primarily a hardware company and that they are neglecting their software. MakeIt, well does not make it! Looks ok but basic functions are awkward. Management of layers and assignment of power to layers is very much error prone. If WeCreat does start prioritizing more on their softwares bad comments will start affecting the reputation of their great hardware

Wecreat has treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. They resolved problems as fast as possible and in a professional manner. They honored a discount offered in an older email and shipped and delivered on time as promised. I cannot say enough good things about Wecreat and would even work for them if ever offered. I really like rhis company and their products.

I absolutely love my WeCreat Vision Pro 45W. From setup to production, this machine has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is excellent, the software is easy to use, and the engraving and cutting results have been consistently impressive. My favorite feature is the auto focus. It takes the guesswork out of setup and saves a tremendous amount of time, especially when working with different materials and thicknesses. Ordered both my machines from the company's website. Never had any issues with ordering, with delivery. Everything has worked perfectly. The machines appear to be of the highest quality, no issues there either. Will be on the lookout for WeCreat and what they make, probably buy again.

Overall, I really like the machine, especially the enclosed design, autofocus, and the engraving quality. One area that feels unnecessarily cumbersome is switching between the 45W diode module and the 2W UV/IR module. Right now, having to remove multiple screws and carefully disconnect the module makes the process feel more like a service procedure than a normal workflow step. The swap process takes several minutes and feels delicate because of the exposed PCB connections. I think the user experience could be significantly improved with something like: • A quick-release mounting system • Magnetic or tool-less latching • A protected plug-and-play connector • A docking-style laser head attachment • Software-guided module detection/calibration

I got the Wecreat Lumoss Flex 15 W diode/fiber Laser and I love it. I did have one issue and customer service took care of it immediately and I've been extremely happy with the product and customer service.
