I ordered a new filter jug and when it arrived, I noticed the main filter was slightly damaged. I contacted Watersco and they responded right away and sent out a replacement. Great service and great products, which is why we continue to buy from them.

My shower filter arrived pretty quickly, was easy to assemble and had to working within 5 mins. I bought the lavender aroma filter and it smells so nice! Will definitely be buying refills :)

Best quality water filter jug on the market! Replacement filters are very affordable too. I do not drink water unless it's been filtered by my jug. Customer service is excellent too.

Great product! The Bio 1000 arrived super quick, we had great customer service and the water tastes really nice!! 10/10 Setting it up is easy if you watch their video on how to do it. Recommend setting reminders in a calendar to change the filter stages as required, but the main ones are only every 4 years for the bio 1000 which is one of the main reasons we bought it.

Wow wow, so far just got the jug for drinking, and a shower filter, the difference in the water is amazing!!!!! We could taste more and more contaminates in it and had looked at Waters Co for years! So glad I made the jump you use this company!!! Hope to find a position for the bench size one soon!

Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received! After ordering the wrong size filters for my water filter I reached out to the company to see if they would exchange them for me. From there they ( Bec particularly) went above and beyond to support me exchanging the filters for the correct size. Nothing was too much trouble and their correspondence was quick, clear and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this company, it's rare these days to receive such great support and it's noticeable and appreciated.

I ordered a replacement filter kit for my Bio 400 water purifier. Went through the procedure as usual with all new filters - rinsing and letting them filter some water to discard at first. Once that procedure was complete, and drank the water from the new "initialised" filters, I noticed a a more neutral, cleaner taste than the water from my old, (long overdue for a change) filters. Waters Co. must be doing something right!
