I replaced a 7-year-old tank type RO…

I replaced a 7-year-old tank type RO system with this one under the sink. This machine puts out more water faster and never stops or runs out. It has sufficient pumping power for my refrigerator and went in fairly easily. One caveat for people is they need to make sure not only do they have an electric cloud at under their sink but it is not tied to the disposal switch. In my case both outlets went off and all of the disposal so I actually had to run a new outlet. That being said it's all done and the unit is awesome

I can't say enough good things about Doreen. This isn't the first time I've had the pleasure of working with Doreen, and once again I received exceptional customer service. Doreen responded incredibly quickly, answered every one of my questions thoroughly, and went *above and beyond* to make sure my Waterdrop issue was resolved. You can genuinely tell Doreen loves the job and truly cares about helping customers. That kind of passion and dedication is so rare these days. It's unfortunate that not every customer service representative is like Doreen. Doreen consistently provides one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and is a tremendous asset to Waterdrop. Exceptional Customer Service

Exceptional Customer Service....Specially Doreen. Our unit stopped working for some reason....Doreen guide us through the process of elimination to figure out what was wrong with the unit and ultimately decided to replace it. Process was smooth and timely. Thank you Doreen.

Hopefully, future tests will provide assurance that we have the best R. O. System available! This system is extremely simple to install. I suggest replacing the “ Dishwasher Drain Hose Adapter Kit - 1/4-inch Quick Connect to 7/8-inch Fitting, Heavy-Duty Drain Filter for Garbage Disposal. That’s it unless you’re interested th your refrigerator water/ice line hooked up, it relatively simple! Good luck! BTW average plumbing services are starting around $700.

I've installed several Waterdrop tankless RO systems. Solid piece of equipment. Had a small issue with one of the installs and Waterdrop stood behind their product; rectifying the situation. Doreen walked me through all the troubleshooting steps and provided a positive experience and resolution. Thank you Waterdrop!

I love it when a company does what it says it will and with Lene, they've done it with great response times and with much courtesy and respect. I love that

Super Customer Service

We bought the G3P600 around May 2025. It worked well for a year and it started leaking after a year. The unit was out of warranty. However, the customer service representative Doreen helped us to get a replacement without any cost even though it was out of warranty.

Amazing customer support

Amazing customer support. I had an issue with my unit after nearly a year of constantly using it. The waterdrop team helped with getting a brand new replacement with some extra accessories. Process was very smooth and Kimberly and the team were extra helpful and responsive. Both machines are great and I use them every day

Thank you Kimberly for sorting my filter out

After an initial hitch with a replacement filter cartridge and once Kimberly took control of the issue, the replacement arrived and was installed for another 6-months use. Thank you Kimberly. The actual Waterdrop Ultra-filtration under sink unit is so much better than my old reverse osmosis system.

WaterDrop customer service…

WaterDrop customer service representative was super helpful in solving the issue I had with my filter. Lene was an amazing representative, very responsive and provided clear troubleshooting steps. After a few attempts to solve the problem, it seamed that a replacement unit was the solution and in a couple of days I had the unit in front of my door with all necessary accessories. After replacement the problem was solved and I was up and running again. Thank you for an amazing support!

ROS + Alkaline water, the best investment

First time using a tankless ROS and this model R8-A with Alkaline system 2 in 1, totally worth it. the taste is day & night vs my old ROS system (worked great, nothing wrong with it, but first time having issues with the tank, I decided to take a change with these new tankless systems. SUPER easy to install and flawless.

Terrible support and no access to replacement parts

My G3P600 Smart Faucet started leaking about a year after purchase and now wastes around 1.5 litres of water per day. After a long support process, Waterdrop offered me a replacement for $60 USD , plus $209.77 USD for shipping. Their alternative was to tell me to buy a third-party faucet locally. Charging $269.77 USD for a replacement faucet is effectively refusing to support their own product. Based on this experience, I will never buy another Waterdrop product and cannot recommend the company to anyone.
