The transaction was excellent from the phone call to inquire about the watch to the online order and then delivery. Robertino and his team were knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a great experience.

Around 1:30 pm, Ethan followed up immediately with pictures and a video of the watch I inquired about. 20 minutes later, I had wiring instructions. The next morning, around 10:30 am, the watch was delivered to my office in Texas. The next day, Ethan called me to insure I was happy with the watch. I bought 3 Rolexes in the last 60 days. This was, by far, the best experience.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at WatchGuys. From start to finish, the customer service was simply outstanding. Robertino personally reached out to me by text and answered every question I had promptly, confidently, and without ever making me feel pressured. That level of personal attention immediately gave me confidence in doing business with them. Ethan then followed up with a personal phone call to finalize the transaction and make sure all of my remaining questions were answered. It’s rare to find that kind of hands-on customer service today, and it truly set this experience apart.

I recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from Watch Guys. It was my second Rolex purchase from them this year. The service I receive from Ethan is outstanding, and the watches have been in immaculate condition. I searched other dealer prices before purchasing, and Watch Guys always has the best price. I hope to buy another watch in the next year, and it will be from Watch Guys. I can’t recommend them enough. BTW…check out their YouTube channel for great videos of their store and process.

I was very impressed with the whole process of purchasing a watch from out of state. I was a little nervous about the process of ordering online and worried of potentially getting scammed or having a hard time with customer service if I wasn't happy, but that was not the case at all. This was such a smooth , quick and secure process. I highly recommend Watch Guys.
