I had a great experience this morning renting a dumpster. I spoke with Jeremiah, and he made the entire process easy from start to finish. He took the time to explain my options and helped me choose what would best fit what I was trying to accomplish. The conversation was smooth, personable, and never felt like a sales pitch it felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely understood what I needed and wanted to help. That made me feel confident about doing business with this company. The dumpster hasn’t been delivered or picked up yet, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience, but based on the customer service I received over the phone, I’m very impressed. If the delivery and pickup go as smoothly as the booking process, I’ll be one happy customer.

Excellent Customer Service! 10 Stars
Every person I dealt with was VERY friendly and accommodating. Good cheerful customer service is RARE! The prices are reasonable and the whole transaction was super easy! We extended our rental by three days for only $20 a day! Outstanding

Great experience…
We had a really positive experience with Waste Removal USA. I was able to reserve a dumpster online and it was delivered in a timely manner. When it was full, I called for pickup and it was picked up the next day. I will definitely use them again as we continue our clean out project.

Next day delivery …
I talk to Jackson who was very helpful and and very sweet I told him what I needed and My dumper was drop off very early morning the next day it was place perfectly in my driveway no one was blocked from Leaving or coming home. If I need to order a dumper again I promise it will be WasteRemoval USA. Thank you for a great job

Waste Removal consistency and professionalism
I’m a returning customer and after a couple of issues, waste removal stayed consistent and professional as to trying to have a resolution! The consistency and level of customer service put my company in a position to continue to want to choose Waste Removal as our go to source as a supplier!

Lady was super helpful
Lady was super helpful, super nice, enjoyed talking to her. Pleasant experience. This review was based on the phone call. As for getting dumpster at promised time? Well let's just say you get a 0 on that.i need 4 more dumpsters but none will come from you!!!

I ordered a dumpster and had a mix up with the home owner. Heather handled my original order and was super professional and helpful. Jason handled the cancellation promptly and did a great job trying to create a credit but allowed me to void. Amber verified that she could get a cancellation confirmation out asap. I will definitely be calling you guys back on the next one.

Not upfront about timing or placing, was told dumpster would be delivered between 5-6 am next day before confirming and placing order because of the sensitivity of the timeline. Wouldnt put anything time sensitive on the line for them to meet.
