Please bring back the P.O.# showing up on the packing slips when the order arrives. It is a pain to reconcile the orders and have to go back top online orders to match the P.O.# The P.O.# gets filled out online. does not show up on the packing list when the product arrives.

Great varieties and pricing, need cheaper shipping methods
Great varieties of railing components, availabilities and prices are very good. Only thing I wish they can offer is more cheaper options for delivery method. Fedex is great on speed and reliability, but too expensive.

Quality control issue
Shipping was fast and the products are usually high quality. However, on two orders of the same product, 25% had major quality control issues. I reported it to customer service along with pictures and never received a response. For the price, I do expect a consistent quality product. We were able to alter and work with them, but should not have had to.

Difficult Item Delivered Quickly
I needed a large steel ball for a project I was working on. Wagner had it and reasonably priced. They shipped it quickly and it was delivered without issue... In summary, a great experience.

Unusual needed parts!
I could not find what I needed anywhere else. I had built an aluminum log style intake manifold for a holley 2brl carb and needed aluminum weld on domes to stop the reverberation that was happening with the flat end plates. No other place on the internet had these pieces.

I have been buying materials from RTB WAGNER for several years. I have dealt with several of the sales people. Every one of them has been professional, capable and friendly. They do their work accurately. They are great at offering solutions for any problems. What more can I ask for?

Absolutely fantastic and quick solution for treating the fence panels
Purchased the Fence Sprayer as we have a big garden, all fenced and we struggle now to treat it. Absolutely fantastic, we have done 2 panels, both sides in very little time, looks great, also sprayed the wooden arch using the small setting and it was easy, a little overspray on me but a lot quicker and better finish than using a brush. Cleaned out easily and quickly, very pleased with this product.
