I don't know what happened
I don't know what happened, but the messages took a while to arrive. I had to request several of them because they weren't coming through, and I kept asking and asking, but they still didn't come. Finally, about 5 or 6 messages came all at once. So I posted the last one, and then I was able to use it, but I don't know what happened because it took so long to arrive—both in the app and in my email.

I would like to express my appreciation…
I would like to express my appreciation for Mordechai Zerajia at 011 Global. It is always a pleasure to receive service from him. He is exceptionally kind, patient and professional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, calmly and with remarkable patience and courtesy. Every interaction with him is pleasant and reassuring. Whenever I need assistance, I specifically ask to speak with him because I know I will receive outstanding service. He is truly an asset to your company!!!
