Discount Code Didn’t Work, and Customer Service Wouldn’t Honor It
I purchased a product as a new customer and used the 10% off discount code they provided. I entered the code exactly as instructed, clicked “Apply,” but the discount was never deducted from my total. When I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn’t correct the issue because my order had already been processed. Instead, they offered me 15% off a future purchase. Unfortunately, that didn’t resolve the problem. If the original discount code didn’t work the first time, I don’t have much confidence that another one will work either. For that reason, I can’t recommend purchasing from this company. I expected them to honor the discount that should have been applied to my original order, and I was disappointed with how the issue was handled.
