The way your salesman James treated me, I didn't just called and order a chair, I had many questions and James took the time to answer each one. I would think of another question, he took take the time to answer each one.

Vital care provided the best experience. The website is very easy to navigate. You get a personal call back with super customer service professional who was extremely patient to answer the questions. In my case, the item wasn’t available to ship until 2 weeks, but I needed it urgently. Kayi, the customer service professional, was able to talk to the manufacturer and get me the confirmation that the product can be processed and initiate the shipping within 2 days.

Shipping was a nightmare
Shipping was a nightmare. It took 4 days for Vital Care to get it to UPS, and then UPS requires a signature. But the drivers never even knocked on my door for a signature, so it took 3 attempts to finally get my POC. Unacceptable for equipment that someone needs to breathe.Missed a doctor's appointment and a family gathering, waiting on UPS.

When I first called Vital Care the young woman I spoke to was very informative and helpful. She guided me through the process and answered all my questions. This is not the normal progress for most companies!!
