Joy Logan is great!
We had a great experience working with Joy. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. What impressed us most was how well she listened to what we wanted. She took the time to understand our budget, travel style, and preferences, then presented several options and helped us find the itinerary that best fit our needs. We never felt pressured—just well supported. My advice to anyone working with Joy is to have a general idea of your budget, preferred layover times, and any must-haves. Once she has that information, she works her magic! We truly appreciated her guidance and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Joy again or recommend her to others.

Good experience
This was my first experience using VIP Trips for my travel to Europe. Evelynn Gramm, my Personal Travel Assistant was a pleasure to work with. She is attentive, courteous, patient, accommodating, communicates well, and highly professional. Together, we explored various flight options, and I ultimately selected the flight I researched and found. She booked the flight and the process was seamless. Her assistance alleviated much of the stress. The only drawback was that I paid slightly more to VIP Trips and was informed I did not have to pay fees. I could have saved a little if I booked directly with the airline and would have flexibility to make changes without incurring fees. Overall, I had a good experience.

My wife spoke to Evelynn Gramm initially about first class travel to Maui. My wife related their phone conversation to me. I investigated whether her proposal would work for us. It did. Evelynn was very helpful through the whole process. Frankly, we would not have been going to Maui if Evelynn had not helped us because none of her competitors were able to deliver an acceptable first class airfare on our preferred travel dates.

Joy was very easy to work with and patient with cynical me. I had a bad experience with another discount business fare company and expected the same with SkyLux. I was pleasantly surprised. She is great about following up and keeping me informed. If you do go for the advertised price keep in mind that travel times will be negatively affected and/or business class may not be what you expect on some of the lesser known airlines. I would not have been able to get such a great booking on my own!
