The representative, Victor, was the consummate blend of professionalism, friendliness and proactivity. Apart from getting what I consider to be a good deal, any questions were I had were answered immediately...nothing was a problem. Highly recommended.

Dean Morris is good in his business
Dean Morris is good in his business. He may have a master key that unlocks the doors of exclusively low fares that are hidden to the ordinary eyes and as such, my master reservationist.

Remus was awesome
Remus was awesome. I've worked with different travel companies before but Remus is by far the best. Besides finding the best flights and prices - which he did by far - he is very courteous, professional and helpful. He always responds quickly, follows up when needed, listens to our requests, and patiently answers our (many) questions. You're wasting your time if you go anywhere else.

I never regret gotten the contact of…
I never regret gotten the contact of Dean Morris from my cousin . If am ask to request a perfect and understanding Flight Agent I will always refer Dean Morris because he does his job will love and always gives the best option and advice to his costumers and from my first experience with him,me and my family had a good experience and from then we don't look for another or person to book our flight ticket. Dean Morris is the better option for us when it comes to good advice in flight bookings

Fast, creative and on it!
I have contacted the travel agent Oscar Young for the second time because the first time I had a great experience so I needed another ticket, in business class back-and-forth to Europe. Whilst the other travel agents are busy making you pay high fees, and airline Apps have extortionate prices Oscar becomes creative. Gives you seven options all in business class through different airlines and countries and times so if your plans are somewhat flexible, you can fly half the price on published fares. Love the service too. Thank you 🙏

My experience with VIPFares was extremely disappointing. I worked with a representative named Blake, who initially sent me a detailed business class quote from California to Cairo at what seemed to be a fair price. When I tried to move forward, he became difficult to reach. My calls went unanswered, and my emails were ignored, despite previously responding promptly. When I finally reached him, I was told the original offer had expired. Instead of providing a comparable alternative, he sent me several new quotes that were significantly more expensive. One of the quotes was even for a completely different destination than the one I requested. To make matters worse, he also sent me an economy class option that I never asked for, and its price was far above what I found elsewhere. The whole experience felt disorganized and like a waste of my time. Whether the original quote was ever genuinely available or not, the way this was handled left me with little confidence in the company. I would recommend that anyone considering VIPFares verify every quote carefully and compare prices before committing.

I have been working with Remus Carter for a few years now. He has always, without fail, provided me with exceptional service and has shown great attention to detail. He is, without a doubt, one of the most skilled travel agents I have ever met. Anyone can book a simple flight from A to B online these days, so why use a travel agent in the first place? 1. You will get so many more options on connections, if you need them. 2. Remus will find routes you have not even thought about. 3. If things go sideways, you need someone to act fast and help you rather than staying on the phone on hold for three days yourself. Remus will know what happened and find alternatives for you. That alone makes it worthwhile. I cannot emphasize enough how much that matters. 4. He is not an AI agent, but a person with your best interest in mind. 5. Remus will find ways to accommodate your budget without selling you the jump seat on a plane.
