CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING
CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING: You should not be allowed to sell anything without a valid customer service phone number. My item took 6 weeks to arrive. If I could have called or checked the status of the order, I would have felt confident I was actually getting the item. When it finally arrived I was surprised because I had ordered it so long ago. What are you hiding? Give people a number to call. I will not be ordering again.

No Customer Service You CANNOT contact Them
I received the birdhouse as a gift. It is very nice, was easy to put together and works. HOWEVER, I ordered a SIM card from them 6 weeks ago and I have not received it. There is no contact phone number and they will not respond to emails. DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXPECT ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Well when I received the box it was damaged, as well as the product inside. You need to package them better, at least put them in 2 boxes. I guess you didn't get my message about how I received it. I was planning on giving it as a gift, but with the box all torn up and the roof damaged, I could not do that, so I had to go out and buy something else. I am expecting a replacement and you can pay for shipping.

Description was deceiving
Description was deceiving. Describes a list of things that come with DIY kit, and most of it didn't come with it.. I just wanted the fruit fork (which didn't come with it, even though it was listed) I reached out to you guys and after 3,4 days of no response I had to go through pay pal to get a refund.. I'd list 0 stars if that was an option! Customer service is terrible, non existent.

Poor Customer Service
A falling tree broke the mounting L bracket and antenna on one of your products. It took a month+/- to learn that the mounting bracket is not sold separately, to get your recommendation on a replace part, and getting a replacement antenna. Too much time in answering my questions.

Communication is lacking
Communication is lacking. The only route to communication is the chat. After initial communication, when I tried to follow up the chat was mute. It would be better if there was an email address or 800 number that a customer could get real time information.

Excellent craftsmanship
I gifted the bird house to friends who are avid birders. They were so impressed with the craftsmanship, & especially appreciated the varied entrance hole sizes.

Discount promo didn’t work and no refund
Placed order that was supposed to be discounted. Discount did not process and reached out to team. Team replied three days later, on 2/2/2026 and stated that they would credit my account in 7-10 business days. I have seen no credit to my account and their communication has been minimal.
