Absolutely AMAZING
I own two different Vielight devices, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! I originally purchased one for my husband, who was struggling with dementia. We had tried many different approaches to support his health and slow the progression of his symptoms, but Vielight has made the biggest difference for him out of anything we’ve tried. I also have another Vielight device that I received during COVID, and I was amazed by how much better and faster I felt when I used it. My symptoms seemed much milder, and ever since then, I’ve continued using Vielight whenever I start feeling like I’m coming down with a cold. I’ve found that when I use it consistently for a few days, I feel like I recover much faster. I’m a huge believer in Vielight and what the company stands for. The technology has become a regular part of our wellness routine, and I truly feel like it has made a positive difference in our lives. I would absolutely recommend Vielight to anyone interested in supporting their brain health, memory, and overall well-being. Five stars from me!

Every morning after I wake up I use the gamma for 20 minutes and it energizes my brain to be ready for the day. It helped a lot with my lethargy, lack of energy, lack of motivation, and general laziness. I feel my brain is much more awake and ready to take on more challenging tasks with ease. It's amazing and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with mental fog or lack of energy in general!

Doesn't seem to do much. Product didn't last long, customer service seems non existent if you have a problem, which is surprising relative to how much you pay.

My 810 was showing an error message. I sent an email enquiry which was responded to very quickly advising what options I had. I ordered a new applicator. Both ordering and delivery were promptly and efficiently dealt with.

Thoroughly impressed!
I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the customer service. I was able to painlessly exchange a device for the largest model, and I absolutely love it. Instant noticeable improvements in cognition; sleep has improved as well. The alpha brain waves help me relax in the evening.

Customer service is wonderful
Customer service is wonderful. Very helpful on any questions. The pre installed batch runs are very useful (neuro pro 2) Using on a patient that has lingering symptoms from sepsis. Symptoms started to decrease after 2 weeks, using 6 days on with 1 day off.

Ordering the VieLight was simple enough…
Ordering the VieLight was simple enough and it came promptly. Have been using the unit and am pleased with it. Unfortunately checking my credit card statement, I was double billed. Took multiple calls, but did eventually get refunded the second billing.

I am writing to highly recommend Vielight Technology and express my sincere gratitude. A year and a half ago, my father suffered a heart attack and a stroke. Since then, he struggled significantly with his sleep, experiencing a lack of deep sleep and feeling unrested even after sleeping for hours. If he woke up suddenly, he found it very difficult to fall back asleep. We documented these issues closely using his Apple Watch. Fortunately, after just a couple of weeks of using Vieligth’s technology, his deep sleep has returned and he feels very calm. He is recovering his natural Sleep rhythms thanks to this marvelous technology. I want to thank Vieligth company and everyone who assisted us, including Paul Justice and the rest of the team, for the incredibly fast and helpful responses to my questions via email. God bless you. I recently contacted Vielight about an intranasal device that finally failed after many years, over 15. Since I wasn't sure that it was only that that was not working I wanted to talk to a real person for advice. The woman that answered the phone was very helpful and seemed like someone that is really a part of the company and actually cares about their customers. She let me know exactly what to order for my older model and even gave me a discount code. She offered other information about repairs, as well. She even kindly reminded me to use the device regularly on myself after I explained that I'm a caregiver for my husband and bought it mostly for him. I love their PBM technology, our device has lasted an exceptionally long time and their customer service for me has been very satisfying. I contacted them about 7 years ago with a concern and they were very helpful then also. I love their newsletters as well. They reinforce my confidence in Vielights products.

I highly recommend Vielight
I highly recommend Vielight. I have been using the vagus to alleviate body aches and to help with gut issues, and I see an amazing effect of how it helps to promote gut health. I feel lighter and have better coordination when I play sports. I will continue to use it as it gives me amazing impacts.

Wonderful results
I see Vielight as a cutting edge company using photobiomodulation. I am a chiropractor who has been using laser therapy / red light therapy / photobiomodulation, however you want to call it for 20 years now. I see the vielight as a breakthrough in brain health with their technology. I use it myself and recommend it to my family and patients and have seen wonderful reults.

I had originally gotten the MIP and now have the Neuro Duo 4.
I had originally gotten the MIP, and it was effective, BUT I have severe insomnia/sleep issues and wanted something more powerful, so I ordered the Nero Duo 4. I had absolutely no problems with returning the MIP for my refund, and applying that toward the price of the Neuro Duo. I also used a 10% discount coupon. I received the Neuro Duo 4 on June 5 and have been using it since. I have been using AI to help me find my "perfect dose". This is working well. You can also contact the company for human assistance as well. I am sensitive to either "too much" or "too little" light. So, the advice of go slow when adjusting the time used is very valuable advice. And the advice of tracking your response is invaluable. My sleep has been poor for literally decades, being nightly sleep tracking sleep time being in the 5 to 6 hour range on good nights, to much less. Occasionally I would get close to 7 hours and I felt best with that, but it was hard to come by. With Vielight in the month of June alone (from June 5 to the last day in June) I had 13 nights of 7 hours or greater ..and a couple of 8 hour nights. I have been using a lot of sleep medication and supplements prior to Vielight. The beginning of July I was getting enough quality sleep to completely go off of my middle of the night additional sleep medication for 3 AM wakings. I am now able to go back to sleep if I wake. I had been having AM grogginess with that additional medication. The Gamma protocol certainly helps with that. There are little tweaks and changes to dosage of Gamma and Alpha for optimal effects. It takes time for optimal results..keep playing with it, asking for advice to find your own personal sweet spot. As I tell my friends that this is the best sleep that I have gotten in this century! And this is the literal truth. And I am not done yet in progressing towards optimal. I am very pleased.

My 4th purchase over a 7 yr period.
First purchased an item about 7 yrs ago. My recent purchases were for our daughter and myself. She noticed immediate results with Neuro Duo 4 (calming) as did I when I tested it. I may purchase again for another member of our family. Email notifications are timely, packaging also very good, everything protected.

Vielight: The best in photobiomodulation
ielight represents the gold standard in photobiomodulation. I received training in Los Angeles on neurodegenerative diseases and have been working regularly with Vielight for years. I have watched the company evolve over time, always prioritizing quality and patient care. Vielight’s techniques are valued in various fields, including the treatment of Alzheimer’s, autism, depression, and bipolar disorder. None of the patients at our modest clinic have complained about the quality or the results achieved with Vielight headsets. I highly recommend them. The experience of working with you is incredibly enriching, allowing me to constantly learn more about the human brain.

Great Customer Service and Support
From the moment we were interested in the Vielight, the company has shown excellent customer service. They explained the equipment in detail and answered any questions we had. Vielight is an amazing and important company. Their products, services, customer support and most importantly their care for their customers is unmatched. They truly care and appreciate the people they serve. I got the Duo and the vagus nerve combo. It’s been working wonders for me.
