I love Vicci!!!

I love Vicci I just bought my first pair of glasses and now I’m buying my second it’s the best! With the best customer service ever that’s what makes a company good I was having a very hard time with something and Gwen helped me she is the absolute best! Anything you need they take care of you! And their glasses forget it nothing compares! I was so worried I just started wearing glasses until I found them I felt screwed now I feel relieved I can be myself again these suit me and my personality and my style. These glasses are going to be like buying handbags and shoes now. Vicci is the only glasses I will wear now! I have Gucci, Prada, Ferragamo, Calvin Klein’s no more.

The glasses are great and the online try on experience really helped me pick the perfect pair. I am bit obsessed now and hoping blue light comes out soon too. They are great glasses! So chic and really are a statement accessory.

The quality and artistic design of…

The quality and artistic design of these frames turns simple eyeglasses into a fashion accessory with Purpose. Not only is design comfortable on the case, fashionable, and the prescription was exactly as I asked, but the customer service was tremendous. I would get a response within less than 24 hours for every question I had. I couldn't recommend this company more for quality, the aesthetic, and most of all the customer service.

No communication weeks after order

I ordered glasses weeks ago and still haven’t received a tracking number even though I paid for express shipping and it was supposed to take 3-5 days. Whenever I reach out to customer service I’m either ignored or told, “We’ll look into that.” only to never receive another response. Unfortunately I have to file a dispute with my credit card company because it was immediately charged before this company decided to ghost me. My assumption is they never even began to work on my glasses so at least it will be no loss for them. I just wish they would reply to my emails because if production was taking longer than usual I would understand and be patient. I just can’t work with being completely ignored for almost a week now.

I have ordered so many pairs from Vicci and I have been incredibly satisfied! One afternoon. I even got a call from the owner to ask my opinion. Wow, that’s never happened to me before their customer service is outstanding and their products are even better.
