Eric is wonderful! He spent so much time with me through the booking process. I know we were on the phone for about 45 minutes. Eric is professional, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He was a pleasure!

My experience with this agency was very negative and felt completely misleading. The initial price was not honored, and during the booking process additional charges appeared that were not clearly explained. There was also no transparent breakdown of the total payment. The agents who call are not respectful and do not provide professional customer service. When I tried to cancel, I was told it was not possible, despite their website stating free cancellation within a specific timeframe, and this was not clearly explained before the purchase. Overall, the information is confusing and lacks transparency, and the experience created a strong feeling of being misled. I do not recommend using this service at all.

They Charge more than the online quote. Not a trustworthy site. I checked online on their website and the total was about $874 for 3 adults later I received a call from an agent who told us that the new total will be $914 the extra charge is from the airline taxes. I was suspicious because the quote usually is including the taxes but I went ahead (regret it so much) when I received the receipt there was no specific breakdown of how much of the total went towards taxes and how much was the airfare (RED FLAG). Additionally after booking the ticket for $914 now the agent tells me that because our nationality is INDIAN we will have to pay an extra $80 per person. That is when I completely lost it. When I tried to cancel my ticket completely he told me I couldn’t… even through their website specifically states free cancellations within 24 hours. I was not told before booking the ticket that this ticket is not refundable. CONSTANT LACK OF TRANSPARENCY THEY JUST WANT YOU TO BLINDLY GIVE THEM MONEY. Constant additional charges so basically don’t be fooled by the charges on their website. Please book somewhere else. PLEASE!!

DO NOT BOOK THRU THE AGENCY THEY WILL CALL AFTER TO INCREASE THE PRICE EVEN THO THE FLIGHT IS CHEAPER THRU THE AIRLINE. NO REFUND THEY JUST WANT TO CHARGE MORE ITS A SCAM WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN.

I purchased a ticket and after couple minutes a man call me to tell me that the price is going to increase because of extra charges. I ask him to cancel the ticket if they want change the price and he say i can not canceled and I'm not going to cancel i just calling you to let you know and he was with a real bad attitude all the time and he hanged the phone on me.

Bought 2 tickets from NY to Madrid, and tried cancelling the flight as I can no longer make the trip. The cancellation policy clearly states that you are able to cancel the flight within 24 hours of booking. When I called to cancel, I was told they would not reimburse me at all, which is not consistent with the cancellation policy. Do not book through them.

The return to Juarez was wrong and you guys didn't try to repair or change a earlier departure and problems with baggage

They ask you to pay more before you buy the ticket. Then, the customer service assistance is pretty bad. They don't give you the ticket directly and no QR Code. Basically, this is a scam
