I was initially interested in research and then fell into a subscription trap. By the time I realized it, over 100 francs had been deducted from my account every month. You can’t cancel the account yourself—you have to go through customer support. To my surprise, someone named Lyli replied and confirmed in writing that the subscription had been canceled and no further charges would be made. I’ll keep an eye on this, and if not, I’ll have to take legal action. I hope I won’t have to do that—otherwise, the app makes a professional impression, as does the idea of conducting genealogical research with AI. My honest opinion is that this is a cheap product designed to lure people into a subscription trap, with absurd prices for something you can also do with ChatGPT. Therefore, I do not recommend this company, unfortunately :(
