I found Verdi while looking for…
I found Verdi while looking for refurbished projectors and found the best deal out there from Verdi.com it was almost 100 dollars less than anywhere else. I prefer to buy refurbished electronics for the cost saving and environment saving and I’m glad I found Verdi.com as I used another site for my phones and such but couldn’t find other electronics like projectors or TVs. Delivery was super fast too! Thank you!

This company sold us goods in wonderful condition. It was packaged very well, honestly appeared new or newly refurbished.
We purchased Sonos outdoor speakers from this company. They arrived in a timely way, properly packaged for the warehouse soccer sometimes played with shipped packages! The speakers appear new or newly refurbished. Work perfectly and look great.

I recently bought a problematic Sonos ARC
I recently bought a Sonos ARC and had problems from day 1. Both Sonos and Jodie Vacanti from Verdi were great. I spent several hours with Sonos and they finally realized the ARC was problematic. Jodie Vacanti in Customer Service could not have been any more professional and on top of the issue. Her responsiveness to my issue and concerns was excellent. With people like Jodie you cannot go wrong with Verdi. I will be getting a replacement Sonos this week.

Netgear RS300 Router
I’m extremely pleased with my purchase of a reconditioned Netgear RS300 from Verdi. The price was excellent at $125, shipping was free and very fast, and the router set up effortlessly. It has been performing flawlessly since day one. Excellent product and excellent seller.

Not quite the right product, but good customer service!
So... I ordered these JBL earbuds in the beautiful teal blue color, and was very excited when they arrived. I was a bit disappointed when I noticed that they were black (they were functional, just not what I had ordered). I contacted the company, and while the color I wanted was out of stock, they gave me $10 off and refunded me the shipping cost for the oversight. They were very prompt and courteous, and I got the refund later that day.
