I'm really impressed with Velotric's customer service. Having just received the Nomad 2x direct from them, I had an issue with one of the tires and Velotric quickly responded to my emails concerning this and got right on it! Sent me a replacement frame for the front tire and now this runs flawlessly....thank you!

Potential Buyer Beware! After much research I chose the Velotric Summit 2 based on the specs and the fact that I could get through my local (Fort Lauderdale, FL) Conte's bike store (figured service, warranty service, etc would be easier and faster). I bought/received the bike in late June and it only had 11 miles when the electric power completely died. This was last Monday July 6th. Conte's is being told by Velotric (after multiple calls) that to get the part needed is taking ~ two weeks!! Two weeks for a part - no expedited delivery! Disappointing at best: brand new bike fail at 11 miles and no sense of urgency - care for customer satisfaction - my bike store has to call Velotric multiple times to check on status - no shipping tracking #s, no visibility.

My husband ordered my Velotric Breeze 1 on their website. The process was very easy to follow. It arrived on time. It was very well packed. There was no damage. It came 85% assembled. It took about 1 hr to complete the assembly.

My wife chose a Velotric Discover 3 for her first E-bike after my very positive year riding my Velotric Discover 2. She test rode Velotric Tempo, Breeze, and Discover 3 at Let's Roll in Columbia, PA. We ordered, received very quickly, I assembled quickly using the included tools with no difficulty. Discover 3 sold itself.

Couldn’t be happier with my Gomad! Had a flat tire recently and reached out to support when I reinstalled the wheel wrong. They were immensely helpful and quick to reply! Love riding my bike and am glad I went with Velotric.

I love my new Velotric Tempo — exactly what I needed and wanted at a reasonable price point. The bike was setup perfectly and I was able to test ride to be sure it was the right bike for me. First long ride of 30 miles today. Game changer for me.

I have a Velotric discover e-bike , the battery case is cracked and it shuts off when you hit a bump. I contacted Velotric and they have terrible customer service, I have been in contact with them sent 3 emails and still waiting for invoice so that I can pay and get the part. My advice buy a lectric bike they have awesome customer service

Breeze 1 Exceptional Power and Safety Great Brakes Coming up to 400 Miles The only Hiccup is the Water Bottle Attachment Point Welded to the Seat Post Down Tube. Ingress is Difficult for a Step Over E-Bike for a Senior Access to Crank Pedals I believe from some research Some of Velotric Design Bikes have this Trip Fault Hazzard. I relocated to The Top of The Battery Housing

Gracious interaction and refund. Joan was great and helped answer my questions and address my issue. Of note - I originally ordered a Lectric bike but their customer service was so poor immediately after the purchase, that I cancelled it on the spot and went with velotric. This interaction with Joan proves that I made the right choice in switching companies.

So far the bike has been okay. The mileage rating, though, is not even relatively close to what is described. You guys quote, sixty miles to a charge i've only ridden the bike about eighteen miles and the battery is almost dead. The customer service has been awesome. Everybody is super nice, very great at communicating. The problem lies with the lack of transparency or honesty when purchasing a product. I bought the accessories that were on sale the lead times quoted were wrong. They did not arrive when they said they would, i am still waiting on my fenders. Which were quoted to be shipped the middle of may. And it's already june, and I don't have them.
