I ordered 10 coils but only received 1

I ordered 10 coils but only received 1. Additionally, several decals were missing, and the decals that were included were not the same as the ones shown on the company’s website. Instead, they prominently displayed the company’s website throughout the design. Overall, my experience was disappointing. While the payment process was handled quickly and efficiently, the order fulfillment and customer service could be significantly improved. I hope the company can address these issues and improve its order accuracy and communication with customers in the future.

After months of research and using the website of VapeTm, found that they provide the best machines in the market and exceptional support for both operations and launching your biz. Placed first machine this month and will be purchasing two additional machines within the next month. Highly recommend VapeTM.

However much you are paying Jacob Hagman, it needs to be doubled. This guy is the god damn backbone of this company from where i sit. NEVER had a better experience with someone. I wouldn't go anywhere else because of this guy. Bonus time should be a good time for Jake.

VapeTM is great to work with!

VapeTM is great to work with. They always underpromise and over deliver. Dakota has been the best to work with and is responsive within minutes. They really place an emphasis on customer service.

Machines are good and built nicely

Machines are good and built nicely, only thing I wish was price was less if it were 2,000$ I’d probably buy 5 at a time but super expensive but worth it in long run if you place correctly

Throughout my companies partnership with VTM Dakota has made sure to check in as well as update me on new developments with the company . In a world of autonomous sells it’s very rare to have such great communication .
