you put time restraints on most slides…
you put time restraints on most slides which made me spend almost 6 hours on the course. Secondly once I completed the course on the 5th my printer wasn't working and I returned on the 6th to print my certificate and it showed the course was not complete. I then had to call and she made me scan a form I already had completed so she could send it to support to get them to fix your program. I could not have been more frustrated with such a crapy response and time consuming end to get a certificate. The same thing happened the last time I took a course at van ed. Needless to say this will be the very last time I will use this company!! Furthermore, I will broadcast my opinion to some 300 realtors I know over the 35 years in business. we all occasionalyy send emails out to one another asking who is good to take a ce class from online. You will not even get close to a fair response from me. I'm DONE!!!!!
