Non-Payment
I have been selling to this company for about a year. Never had an issue. But, here’s the story: On 7/20/26, I sold them $1200 worth of medical equipment, shipped it same day, and it was delivered on 7/23/26. As of today, I have received no money. I have emailed them, texted them, and finally talked to them on the phone on 7/29. The guy I spoke with said they were having trouble with Zelle and asked if they could send payment another way. I said they could send it to my Venmo. As of today, 8/1/2026, I have not yet been paid. I guess I will have to file a lawsuit and state and federal complaints against this company to force payment. Maybe if your company is struggling financially, you shouldn’t keep buying product. Horrible experience.
