I had a wonderful experience ordering Tirzepatide. I was on vacation and had it delivered to my vacation location. I was able to order and receive the medication. I also requested a receipt after I had gotten my order. I was able to submit the receipt for reimbursement on my Flexible spending account for my insurance. I will be reordering.

Everything is perfect for me. I’ve tried others but this one has compassion with a capital “C”. I love my intake nurse Allison and her asst Sweet. They just helped me with a difficult situation and it made me feel like “I” really mattered. I highly recommend you to all my friends 🥰👏👍

My 1st order from Hallandale pharmacy was processed and delivered promptly. My 2nd order from Brooksville pharmacy was processed and billed on May31 but not received until July21 despite repeated calls and emails. So I am not sure whether that is a Valhalla problem or not, but Valhalla was not very proactive in resolving the issue. So - one good experience one bad experience

I have been calling and emailing this company for 19 days. I am actively sitting on a silent hold cause customer service is a joke. #1 started this company in 5/25. Brought 3 people as referrals who used my referral link.... no points were awarded even tho proof was given, then they told me that 1 of the referrals were the same person cause they have the same name - yes they do cause its a Sr and a Jr but none of the other info matches. Then they told me I can only have 1 referral in a lifetime...... so why should I promote your company? calling them is a joke case like I said.. they have me on mute not handling the situation currently. Then they wanted to tell me if a link didnt work I should of told them then, however who was I supposed to know when the purchase went thru? The company erased my points in June stating i made a purchase yet they had no credit card information on file and I didnt make a purchase since November 2025. They so graciously gave me those points back but dont want to give me the points.... crazy. And what's worse is I have all of.this in emails.

I have been with Valhalla Vitality for a couple years now and I am very happy with their services and therapies offered. They are quick to respond and the free consultations are nice. I recently started Tirzepatide treatments and I am looking forward to seeing some results. The provider has been wonderful in answering all my questions. I like how you can select your prescription or subscription that you want. Another thing I appreciate is that there is NO membership monthly. Most places I looked at charged monthly memberships on top of the prescriptions, which gets costly fast.

So far, my experience has been good. The initial process was a bit confusing as I didn’t know if I needed a consultation or not before I could order medication. My profile also had a glitch where my order was stuck processing, even as it delivered. Overall, though, the company has been great to communicate with and they resolved my questions and issues very timely.

My experience has been really good. Recently had an issue and customer service took care of it. Candy was amazing and I really appreciate her commitment to taking care of the problem. I’ve never had any problems until this and at least now I know if I do in the future, it will be handled. Thank you, Candy!

Valhalla Vitality is the most unreliable telehealth clinic I have ever dealt with. I have had over 10 (documented) orders severely delayed, with some sitting over 30 days before even being sent to the pharmacy. Same excuses every time, zero accountability, and horrible customer service. Even after the "website refresh", this company is disorganized, inconsistent, and completely unreliable. I would not recommend Valhalla Vitality to anyone.

The website was a bit confusing at the start. However, once I finally had my Tirzepatide and began the process, it has been very easy. The only negative is the nausea on the 2nd/3rd day post injection. I have begun losing weight, which is my main goal.

My pharmacy stopped making compounded Semaglutide. I had a friend refer me to Valhalla Vitality. The process to start was very simple and I was so pleased with the first delivery of my vial. Will continue to order from them.
