I booked flight with vagamo not more than 24hrs ago and while making the booking the customer service was very good but soon i had to make some changes and i tried to reach out to them through several means several times but not once was i able to connect to a agent who could help. Worst Service! Rather spend the extra bucks and book with airlines or CC company. Save yourself from trouble and stay away I demand a answer from vagamo!

The patience and determination the young lady and her staff had, helping me were amazing. Irelia was excellent and professional the entire time. The computers went out, they kept right on, until the last transaction was completed. The Supervisor was excellent.Even the staff personnel from “ affirm” stayed on the phone from start to finish. There are very few people I interact with, with that kind of determination and passion for helping other meet their objectives. We did it today. We all did more than usual today. Thank you for the people that stuck together today, for over 3 hours . God bless them all.
