I was very happy with VA Claims Insider helping me on my journey to my military connected disabilities They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident on my journey I definitely give them five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started on my own to get my VA rating. I was able to get to 30%. I contacted VA Claims Insider, LLC and was paired with RJ Winberry as my coach. RJ was phenomenal. He always called me when I had an appointment scheduled with him. He walked me through the whole process, step by step on the VA website and made sure I was selecting and inputing the correct information. They were able to get me scheduled with medical providers to support my claims. I went from 30% on my own to 100% P&T with the excellent help RJ and VA Claims Insider provided me. I would highly recommend them.

If you are reading these reviews, you are probably a veteran who is considering filing a claim with the V.A. I learned about VA Claims Insider through another veteran who had favorable experiences with them. I decided to reach out to them even though I did not know what to expect; it became one of the best decisions I made. Brian Reese has created an organization dedicated to helping veterans. He has excelled at putting together an impressive team of experts who help veterans navigate the V.A. claims process. The second time I needed to file a claim, I did not hesitate to call VA Claims Insider. I was fortunate to have R.J. Winberry as my latest coach. His expertise and dedication to helping veterans was evident during our first phone conversation. I had a complicated case; but he continued to reassure me that he will remain with me every step of the way. Any time I had questions he would respond promptly with well thought out and specific answers. Early on, I knew that he would not abandon me if I needed to appeal the decision by the V.A. My claim took longer than expected and the V.A. ordered several C & P Exams. R.J. went above and beyond to assure me that every correspondence the V.A. sent was a positive step and not to get stressed because he has seen this pattern with the V.A. before. And R.J. was right every step of the way: The V.A. determined 100% P&T. The V.A. does their best to help veterans but if your claim is not presented correctly or you are missing vital information of service connection; the V.A. will deny your claim. A coach like R.J. knows precisely how to file your claim and what information is needed to help the V.A. make the right decision. And R.J. will not leave your side because he truly cares about helping veterans in need. You could go through a VSO but you won’t have an asset like R.J. Winberry in your corner. So if you have a service connected injury, I highly encourage you to call VA Claims Insider today!

I received EXCELLENT service from VA Insiders. Mr. RJ Winberry, my counselor, was always very professional and proactive on my case. Without his help, I would have never gotten my VA Claim processed. I explained to him that the reason that I never filed a claim before was because I felt like there were other Veterans out there that needed and deserved it more than I did. I have also heard of all the horror stories out there about filing a claim and the denial prosses that usually goes with it. After talking with my coach, he assured me that I would not be taking anything away from any other veterans and that due to my symptoms that I deserved to be rated as well. I have delt with issues for a long time feeling that I just needed to suck it up and move on. One day I realized that I was not the only one that was dealing with it, my family was to. So, I decided to start the process with VA Insider and went from 0% to 100%Thank you so much, VA Insider. Thank you to my coach RJ Winberry

I have had the best experiences working with VACI! The coaches are veterans who are helpful in navigating the claims process and helping the client to dig deeper when gathering information to file claims on many levels. Their website and patient portals are very helpful in gathering data. I have developed a bond with my coach who always made herself available to help with my claims process on so many levels. I would recommend that if you are considering filing a VA Claim to check with VACI first.

Crap company crappier coaches will charge you before the service is complete and ghost you. They have blocked my number so I can’t communicate with them.

I started work on my claims in 2023. My claims were not easy by any means. Each success was a fight. What made the difference was twofold: 1) My Coach Ian MacFarlane! He educated me and taught me how to file my claims each step of the way. He provided me with talking points when it came time for higher level reviews also. 2) The education and training provided by VA Claims Insider. I used to be a Boxer years ago. A fight isn't new to me. I can honestly say without VA Claims Insider and Coach Ian in my corner none of this success would have been possible. We started at 0% in 2023 and now at 100% P&T. Thank you to VA Claims Insider and Coach Ian MacFarlane!

VA Claims Insider, is a first class organization they help you through the VA process by there coaching and details classes. Don't fight the VA by your self it can be very frustrating. This company know the strategy how to navigate the VA claims.
