Premature
Well being that I don’t have the product yet and your asking for a review on the product you haven’t provided is pretty telling. Maybe push your reviews out a month? Give your supply chain time to get the product out and then ask for a review? Or tie your algorithm to prompt this email to your package delivery specifically. Save yourself the headache of getting bad reviews like this. Edit- after receiving my item a day later after this review. I must say, while I’m disappointed I got the item a day later, and didn’t have time to really review the item, the item itself was absolutely phenomenal quality. Instead of some stick print on cheap fabric. The lettering was actually stitched on and the fabric feels strong and durable while also being very comfortable and true to fit also. Definitely recommend their hoodies. Awesome quality. Worth the extra day to wait, and even edit this review.
