Having spent many thousands of pounds…
Having spent many thousands of pounds on VTOMAN equipment I have been very happy with the quality but recently my JUMP 2200 has developed a fault whereby the AC circuitry has gone faulty internally and I cannot use the AC sockets. I emailed VTOMAN with a description of the fault and they replied asking for a video and details of my purchase. They repiled the same day saying that it was probably the fault I described. I have then sent many emails asking what I need to do regarding getting it repaired under warranty and the response has been.....nothing but the sound of crickets. So buyers beware, the kit is good but if you have a problem they are unlikely to honour their warranty UPDATE 24/7/2026 I received an email from VTOMAN with a returns label to send my faulty unit back to them. I had to find a local printer who would print the returns label from my phone and ask a friend for a box to return the faulty unit, but I have returned the unit to VTOMAN on 28/7/2026 so will see what happens next.

Terrible customer service
I bought the flashspeed600 less than a year ago. At first i thought it was great, very happy with the product. But a couple of months ago, the device stopped charging. Now it has charged to 92%, but wont charge any further. It also wont power any devices. Flashes up what appears to be an error Have tried multiple emails to their support addresses and their WhatsApp (as advised by the AI bot on their website) but every thing i send goes ignored/unanswered. Terrible customer service to not even have a response to emails!

Handle on my vtoman is broken and its been handled poorly.. Was told it could be returned but it'll be a lengthy process and gave me an option of £30 compensation...its too heavy to manually shift around..so really unhappy

The service they keeps me updated and…
The service they keeps me updated and answers some questions I had. Be running it for about month now. I run my TV and all the access and when not on the TV. On my PC. Can run them for about 3 1/2 days. Charge it with solar panels so Free power. Very happy with it 🌟

Extremely poor quality—the control unit…
Extremely poor quality—the control unit with the backup battery doesn't work. No updates, no reset, no functional support—impossible to reach by phone. After what felt like 1,000 emails, I received replacement units—also defective—and now it's radio silence again. Never again!

Purchased a 1500x and after only being used a handful of times, it just wouldn't charge. After sending multiple emails with no reply, I finally got a reply, and a returns label. Even up to this stage was stressful enough, but what has followed is just ridiculous. Constantly chasing asking where my replacement unit is,unanswered emails for weeks, to eventually get a tracking number to find my parcel had been "delivered " upon checking the delivery photo it looks to be on a warehouse floor surrounded by other parcels,in Manchester (about 150 miles away from where I live) apparently i was going to be sent a replacement as this one is lost, This now has been going on for months and the email replies have completely stopped as I still haven't received my replacement unit. Avoid this company, the aftercare/customer service is absolutely shocking

The future
Ive used the jump 600 for years, GR8 for using out and about. The 3600 with extra battery and solar, brings the workshop into 21st century.

Fast delivery, excellent product, reasonable price and discounts normally avilable to help. Power Station is well built and is an upgrade to a previous purchase which has lasted over 3 years and is still going.

VTOMAN Jump 1500 BMS locked up
VTOMAN Jump 1500 BMS locked up, will not charge battery. Customer service promised a replacement on April 22nd, and has now ghosted me. Amazon have also tried but been unsuccessful in obtaining a replacement.

My flash speed 1500 developed a 03 fault overheating when charging code when I contacted vtoman they said it was out side of the two years warranty and so would not help,under UK consumer rights law they are responsible for 6 years. Very disappointed, will not purchase any vtoman products again!!

Still no reply. Still no product. Sent me a sheet saying they sent it to Manchester depot, then to London rml. Either no forwarding adress, 8 weeks later Still no produxt and now no reply to emails. £900 and half the items sent, and no reply to emails. Full com artists!,

VTOMAN FlashSpeed 1500: Cheap Price, Expensive Lesson
I bought the FlashSpeed 1500 about a year ago to power my home office — laptop, three monitors, a printer. Total draw around 260W, well within its 1500W rating. For 12 months it worked fine and I was genuinely happy with it. Then it died with a loud explosion sound from inside the unit. Every attempt to turn it back on produced the same bang and immediate shutoff. I contacted VTOMAN support immediately with video evidence. What followed was two months of attrition: • Dismissive responses trying to blame my setup (despite proof my load was a fraction of the rated capacity) • A promised return label, which I used to send the unit back • A promised replacement "ASAP" that never materialised • A claimed "reshipment" on 19 March with broken tracking that ultimately shows the parcel was returned to sender — but VTOMAN insists it was "delivered" to me, despite me working from home every day and nobody ever attempting delivery • Repeatedly having to chase them for updates; they never proactively followed up I am now without the broken unit (they have it) and without a replacement or refund. Two months of emails, zero resolution. The low price is not worth it. You are gambling that the unit won't fail — and if it does, VTOMAN's support is unresponsive, evasive, and ultimately useless. Save yourself the headache and spend a bit more on a brand that actually stands behind its products and has a real warranty process. I won't be buying VTOMAN again, and I make a point of warning anyone considering it. Money down the drain, but lesson learned.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service — avoid at all costs My wife purchased a VTOMAN unit through eBay, and the item arrived faulty. We returned it immediately back in November 2025 to the UK address provided and have full proof of postage. Since then, communication has completely stopped — every message has been ignored. To make matters worse, Klarna have already paid you for the item, and they also haven’t received any response from you. We no longer have the product, we’ve followed every step required, and yet we’re still out of pocket with no refund and no explanation. This is unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. We trusted the process, acted in good faith, and have been met with silence. Truly awful service.

Great unit and service.
A friend had an issue with a VTOMAN battery and I was just so impressed that they just told him to ship it back and they despatched a new unit to him without hesitation. I already had a small battery unit from a competitor but was so impressed that I bought the 2200 unit without hesitation - especially at the price point of £500. I have had it for 3 months now and it works and performs flawlessly. Super impressed and can definitely recommend.

I have used this product twice now
I have used this product twice now. Unfortunately not impressed . I used it for camping 2 weeks ago it lasted for around 5 hrs on a low wattage camping fridge. I used it today with my electric camping bbq and it lasted 25 minutes . No idea what use it is for me . I feel as I have wasted my money
