It was exactly what I ordered. Excellent quality. They fit me better than the glasses I got from the eye doctor. Arrived faster than i expected as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I never received my prescription glasses!! I tried sending emails but have gotten absolutely nowhere. They take forever to respond with useless information. And conveniently the phone number doesnt work. Don't buy from this company.

DEFECTIVE GLASSES SENT - refusing refund
Purchased two pair of glasses that are supposed to transition and they do not, I took them outside wore them for over 30 minutes in sunlight to see if they would transition and they did not. Customer service told me to put them in the freezer to activate them?? what kind of silly direction is that if I paid for the glasses they should come fully completed. Now customer service wants to remake them and send back out instead of just providing a refund DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE MERCHANT, taking weeks to get glasses that are incomplete is a waste of time and money

My entire experience, from purchasing to contacting customer service (mistake on my part, to delivery & quality, was nothing short of phenomenal! The glasses & sunglasses I bought came in perfect condition, as well!

Progressive lenses not cut right. Lots of distortion
Updated and upgraded review-Customer Service reached out and offered to remake the glasses and the replacement pair are excellent and the fields of vision are good. I appreciate that level of customer care. And they really do have quality frames with great styles. I ordered premium progressive lenses and the vision fields are way off. Have to wear them on the tip of my nose to see through the main distance rx.Waste of time and money. Also, I wanted to exchange a pair. They didn't want them back but they charged me an additional $30 for the replacement pair which is not a great exchange policy. I like the frames and CS tried, but the lens quality control is not there.

Ublins is great! Love their selection, love the virtual try on and their glasses and materials used to make them are A+! Ublins has the best customer service…
Ublins has the best customer service and support when you have any questions or need anything replaced! They respond quickly and courteously every time. Even with an issue caused by an accidental breakage they were willing to send a replacement. They also have very stylish and fun frames. I now own two pairs, but I have two more I plan to buy soon! I highly recommend them.

I love my new glasses
I love my new glasses. I have a very heavy and complicated prescription that usually is costly. However, despite this, I found the price and quality of my glasses to be superior. A lot of care is put into the final product. The frames are unique and fun. Also, the customer service is thoughtful, attentive, and kind. Appreciate this brand!

I love the glasses,the style
I love the glasses,the style, the quality, the selection. I'm very satisfied with my collection that compliments my warehouse. Speaking of compliments, everywhere I go I get very positive reactions to every pair comparing them to high end designer. I did receive a broken pair my last order and customer service responded and sent me 2 new pair. Thank you Ublins.

Bat Glasses!
I ordered the bat glasses as readers. Love them, comfortable and they even sent anti slip nose guards. However, I am afraid to try them, because I doubt I'd get them both on the right spots. #Ublins

Great Customer Service
I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from Ublins. I encountered some issues with these first two (prescription did not feel correct and a few material defects of the frames). I reached out to Ublins to remedy the situation and they were eager to assist. They remained patient with me throughout communications (I tended to be a few days delayed due to work). They verified my prescription and issues with the frames. They created two new pairs of glasses and mailed them at no charge. The new pairs worked perfectly! They are great quality (both frames and lenses). I have already received many compliments on them too. I was impressed with the support I received and their dedication to fixing the problems I encountered. Great customer service!
