Very good communication whenever there was an issue or they needed something. Very fast and safe delivery as well, I had them within 15 minutes of ordering. Highly recommend.

When you purchase gyldenblood
When you purchase gyldenblood, they dock you 3k off the rip to purchase a key, and then dock you for every transaction it takes to get to the total. I bought 75K and had 3k in the bank. All said and done i was left with 68K. That is 10K i missed out on. I will not use this service ever again.

Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience. I completed my purchase at 10 PM and spent over 6 hours chatting with various support agents to get my order processed. They kept bouncing back, saying "we'll do it soon," and support even stopped responding to me on Discord. Only at 3:30 AM (over 6 hours after purchasing) did they notify me that they had delivered my in-game order. I checked at 11:30 AM and discovered that instead of having loaded 150,000 in-game currency, they had only loaded 15,000... I immediately contacted support to report the incident, and was very frustrated. They told me that no one could address my issue for another 3 or 4 hours. Essentially, they would reopen the case almost 20 hours after my purchase, with another hour or two to complete the delivery process. All this without being able to connect to the game. I found it unacceptable to have to wait any longer due to their inattention, and I asked for a refund. In the end, they didn't issue a refund but instead turned to another provider to resolve the issue. They started the process at 12:50 PM. At 1:26 PM, they finally completed the process correctly. Honestly, after 16 hours of waiting and chatting with support, I can say it's better not to waste 16 hours of gaming time while having fun and earning less money than to be poisoned by a service like this without even being able to play.
